Extensible measurement socket placement optimalization with respect to the higher number of conductors

In opening, this bachelor thesis is describing structure and basic block description of UniGear switchgear manufactured by ABB company. Then this thesis focus on current and voltage transformers and sensors often used in this type of switchgear. Main part of this thesis is dedicated to evolution and description of connector, used in connection solution of withdrawable metering unit with low-voltage compartment. Next part states the main requirements for new connector, that will replace current connector in future solution. In following part there is a list of different options for new connector with their biggest strengths and weaknesses pointed out. Then there is list of alternative placements for new connector. In final part is chosen and described new connector and its placement. This solution is valuated and backed up by created 3D models.

Effectivity of strategies for data backup

This bachelor´s project is focused on efficiency of backups using mathematical models, which calculates overall capacity needed for backup and capacity required for complete recovery, it also compares availability of rotation schemes. Models are based on propability of data change in certain time interval specified as backup cycle. Models are implemented to the application, which can be used for choosing the best rotation scheme.

In opening, this diploma thesis is introducing the company Daikin Device Czech s.r.o. In the next step the principle of function of a heat pump. Then there are described its main parts. First part of this thesis is dedicated to assembly line of the heat pump’s switchboxes. The layout of the assembly line is described and added with description of used health and quality measures. Main part is speaking about running test of the switchbox line. The main function of the test is described alongside with description of the process of making the testing software.

Pre-action disclosure of information and evidence Information asymmetry or information deficit is a phenomenon where a party to civil litigation is objectively unable to carry its burden of allegation or proof because the relevant information and evidence is completely beyond its reach and there is no way the party could have obtained it through its own activity. In such cases, there is a risk that, due to the party's information deficit, the party will not be able to seek effective judicial protection and will not be able to effectively enforce its subjective rights. Such a situation has negative consequences both for the affected party and for society as a whole, since the consistent exercise of subjective rights also provides protection to objective rights. For this reason, it is essential to address the problem of the information deficit, preferably even before litigation is initiated. The topic of overcoming the information deficit is becoming increasingly relevant, as increasingly complex legal relations between private law subjects entail more complex disputes over the law, which are often accompanied by information asymmetry between the parties to the dispute. Slate gas and the prospects of its energy exploitation

First part of bachelor thesis introduces the concept of shale gas - what is the nature of the gas, why it is called shale, etc. Then there is described the technology of mining and acquisition of gas. Another chapter informs about shale gas reserves in the world, its importance and the planned career intentions. Very important part of this work is to look at the impacts of extraction of this gas, in particular climate change, water and soil pollution, impacts on the population, but also other phenomena, such as earthquakes caused by the extraction of this shale gas. The last part is the chapter on the current situation of shale gas exploration in the Czech Republic. At the conclusion, the whole situation regarding shale gas is evaluated and my own views on this extraction are presented.

Povrchové úprava dřevěného obložení dřevostavby

This diploma thesis shall address the surface treatment of wood paneling of log homes. Samples representing wooden paneling were painted and exposed at two different locations in different climate conditions. The first set of samples was exposed on the premises of the Mendel University in Brno and the other one in Berkhamsted in UK. The placement of individual samples sample took place on the premises of the university where we were provided with iron racks on which samples remained for two years. Over the years, the above-mentioned measurement was performed on the roughness, lightfastness and gloss of coating material using respective devices. Samples, which were exposed in the UK, were inserted into the pre-formed racks made of oak wood and they were measured at the start of their exposure and after the completion of the experiment. That experiment shall show the changes of aesthetic and physical and mechanical properties which can be observed in individual plank lining. In our work we deal primarily with the change of the color and roughness of thematerial. As we know that wood exposed to external weather conditions is stressed by various factors, biotic as well as abiotic factors, the structure and appearance under these conditions are changing over time. These changes are also affected by the exposure of a product or the place where the test set of samples is exposed. Consequently, we will discuss the changes in color and surface roughness before and after the exposure.
