The topic of this following thesis is the analysis of the wine development in Zaječí area. In the literature part are specified the basic terms about a grapewine, from the harvest until the final creation of a wine. My own work is primarily focused on analysis of the historic development of the wine tradition on which is then made an analysis which describes the current situation and then characterizes the natural conditions of this area. This thesis is based on my experiences, gathered information and on a SWOT analysis. The final step is a proposal which's goal is to improve the development of the wine cul-ture and the overall positive impact on the life in this area. Based on the gathered infor-mation it was found out that this village has a very strong potetinal and therefore it still should be supported in the future.

Analýza nejčastějších pochybení v procesu zadávání veřejných zakázek

The thesis is based on individual decisions and annual reports of the Office for the Protection of Competition and the Ministry of Regional Development. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the most prevalent mistakes that occur in the public procurement process, specifically in the last five years. The partial objective is also to evaluate the reasons why the failures occur and to compute their impacts on the efficiency of the procurement process and the cost-effectiveness of the public funds spent. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. The first part provides the theoretical background of the professional information that is the subject of this work and is necessary for the interconnection with the practical part. The thesis itself analysis the most frequent mistakes, including the measures of the Office contributing to the elimination of errors. In the end there is a recommendation for the contracting authorities.

Comparison of economical management of city Pelhřimov and municipality Hořepník

The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part desribes of general problem of the management and perfomance of municipal authorities. It contains characteristic of municipalities, definition of independent and delegated authority, a description of municipal bodies and primarily definition of budget revenues, budget expenditures and budgeting method. The practical part includes characteristic of city Pelhřimov and municipality Hořepník. Afterwards it analyzes the management of this city and municipality during the years 2007-2009 and their mutual comparison.

The thesis Management of logistics and processes in L'Oréal Czech Republic is in its theoretical part devoted to the description of functioning, principles and trends in Supply Chain Management with emphasis on the processes of demand forecasting and stock management. These learnings are in the practical part applied on the case of L'Oréal Czech Republic. The thesis goes in more detail into the processes and links between the individual parts of the supply chain in the company and a value stream map is shown for a particular division of the firm. More detailed attention is put on identification of weak points particularly in the forecasting methods and the use of out of stock analysis in practice.

The thesis Supply chain management in L'Oréal Czech republic describes and analyses the supply chain of the company. The objective is to define weaknesses of the chain and outline future projects. It analyses the utilization of logistic technologies such as EDI communication, VMI and ECR. In the practical part it focuses in forecasting process in the company. The work suggests new processes and defines parameters that should lead to better results when planning future sales.

Metody financování střednědobých úvěrů v zahraničním obchodě

Vhodně zvolená metoda financování podnikatelských aktivit hraje důležitou roli pro budoucí vývoj a zdraví podniku. Financování střednědobých úvěrů je na mezinárodním trhu náročnější než na trhu vnitřním. Střednědobé financování je obvykle spojeno s vývozem strojů či strojírenských výrobků, v českém prostředí se tedy v souvislosti s vysokým počtem strojírenských firem setkáme s financování střednědobých úvěrů poměrně často. Mnohé firmy ještě dnes využívají k financování obchodu pouze bankovní úvěry, přestože existuje řada dalších, vhodnějších, možností.

Bakalářská práce ?Zásoby ? účetní souvislosti" se v obecné rovině zabývá problematikou zásob. Komplexně shrnuje účetní souvislosti spojené se zásobami pro všechny společnosti. Cílem práce je teoreticky ukázat, jak správně postupovat při účtování zásob v souladu se všemi právními předpisy. Je rozdělena do dvou velkých okruhů, jenž se soustředí na účtování zásob v České republice a účtování zásob celosvětově podle Mezinárodních účetních standardů IFRS a US GAAP. Problematika účtovaní zásob je dosti široká, proto práce nemůže postihnout celou škálu skutečností, které mohou nastat. Zaměřuje se jen na některé vybrané situace a problémy, které mohou účetní jednotky řešit.
