Evaluation of quality of life in patients with DM with different methods of insulin delivery.

This thesis deals with the quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus first type with different routes of administration of insulin. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and research. The first describes the theoretical overall diabetes mellitus, as well as its basic distribution, complications and treatment options, focusing primarily on treatment with an insulin pump. It also outlines the concept of quality of life, both individually and in association with chronic disease. The second part is devoted to research, whose main objective is based on information obtained through a questionnaire survey to determine whether the application of insulin using an insulin pump improves the quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus first types. The Issue of Enteral Nutrition in Patients with a Diagnosis of Crohn's Disease

Bachelor thesis is intended to bring the issue of use of artificial enteral nutrition in patients with inflammatory bowel disease called Crohn's disease. The theoretical part of this paper deals further with this serious illness, how and why it arises, its history and symptoms. Complications and treatment options. Further information on dietary measures, and finally describes in detail how the methods of administration of enteral nutrition, composition, types and recommended products. The paper defines the terms sipping, nasoenterální probe, endoscopic and other tests. The research is part of the questionnaire method for detecting not only the way patients with this disease receiving enteral nutrition, but also the difficulties and complications they bring. Whether rightly edukováni of enteral nutrition and truly understand the meaning of this treatment. Information was gathered from literature, which are listed in the conclusion. The final project titled "Rendention level of first aid treatment in kindergartens" focuses on questions in first aid delivered by kindergarten's teachers. The intent of this project is to discover and find out a teacher's knowledge and skills in first aid delivery caused by the most common injuries, dangerous to life health situations and non injuries states at the preschool aged children which attend these kindergartens. I have used a method of quantitative research (a question form) and qualitative research (an experiment) for my project.

Experience of Patients in Deep Sedation

The main topic of my finaly project is about Experience of patiens in deep sedation. What can patients exactly feel and how they represent this feeling is important not only for medical stuff, but also for their close persons. The entire project is divided in to practical and theoretical parts. The theoretical part deals with definic of terms consciousness and unconsciousness, perception and experience, pharmacotherapy of sedation, news at deep sedation. Also includes the latest issues from research in the field of deep sedation. And finaly nursing care about these patients which is so important. In the practical part, I have dealed with issues of how did patients perceive themselves, how did they perceive their surroundings, how did they perceive their loved ones and health professional. I have choosed qualitative research metodology. I had conducted interviews with 10 respondents, who answered my questions of perception and experience The outcome of this project is a booklet of practical approaches to patients with eclipse in a state of deep sedation.
