The media image of T. G. Masaryk in selected Czech periodicals during the hilsner affair

The bachelor thesis deals with the media image of T. G. Masaryk at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries in selected Czech media against the background of the Hilsner affair. The text details selected media outcomes in the monitored media: Šípy, Katolické listy, Právo lidu, Čas, Národní listy. Subsequently, it characterizes their main different features, which were described after comparing selected newspaper articles. The thesis also introduces the period of the 19th century and the Czech media scene, where you can find basic information about the monitored periodicals. Paper acquaints readers in detail with the process of L. Hilsner since the murder of A. Hrůzová, through the course of the investigation to his conviction. The person of T. G. Masaryk is also thoroughly analyzed. The aim of the thesis was to confirm or disprove the hypothesis that selected Czech media published articles about Masaryk in different wording. At the end of the work we come to confirm the given hypothesis, as already suggested by the theoretical starting point of the work. The Šípy, Katolické listy and Národní listy periodicals often made a negative image of Masaryk, not only in connection with the Hilsner affair. Results of active employment policy in district Uh. Hradiste during years 2009 - 2014

This bachelor thesis aims to analyze selected tools of active employment policy in the Uherske Hradiste district in the year 2009-2014 and thus analyze the ability of the state to fight with unemployment during times of economic depression. Main attention is paid to community work, socially useful jobs and especially to retraining as the most used tool of this policy. After analyzing retraining gross effects I came to a conclusion that retraining is an effective tool in the fight with unemployment. Community work and socially useful jobs can support job applicants in the short term, however after dole period is over vast majority of these jobs vanish. I concluded this thesis with recommendation to focus the active employment policy on groups in risk of unemployment. Also more thorough statistical analysis should be conducted on the district level by relevant job centers.

Creativity in leisure activities focused on oriental dance in adult women Key words: creativity, oriental dances, development of personality This bachelor´s thesis has a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes an evaluation of creativity with the attendance of oriental dance lessons. The first chapter deals with terms of creativity, history, the beneficial effects on life, as well as it´s positive influence on self values.In the second chapter, we speak about free time and its use by adults. The next chapter is about the art of dance, it´s importance in life and how it allows for a more positive opinion of oneself. Futhermore, we speak about the history of oriental dance and it´s positive effects concerning health. Last but not least, we speak about the creation of oriental dance costumes, which are characterized by the dancer's personality, creativity and hard work. The practical part contains a study of the development of women´s creativity with the attendance of oriental dance lesssons.
