Vliv přírodních nepřekročitelných překážek na projekt komplexní pozemkové úpravy
ŠESTAUBEROVÁ, Martina
The aim of this master thesis is evaluation of influence of nature unbreakable obstractles to land adjustment project. This work contains literature review that describes all type of landscaping and the different types of nature unbreakable obstacles. The attention is paid to the complex landscaping in Rataje u Bechyně cadastral area. In this area there is designed reconstruction of the existing field road network and a new building some of new field road network. The practical part focuses on description of interest location, the complex landscaping, the nature unbreakable obstacles and increase road network in this area.
Comparison of the newest methods for computation of water erosion
ŠESTAUBEROVÁ, Martina
The conspectus of this thesis is to explain erosion matters, especially water erosion problems. The introduction part explains the water erosion, its origins, impacts and some erosion control measures, which can precisely this sort of water erosion or at least limit its consequences. The main goal of this thesis is to compare and contrast available methods for the calculation of water erosion. In this work we can find the basic methods for calculating the average annual erosion of soil and the following selected models provide the basis used to calculate the instantaneous erosion of soils. The basic methods for calculation of average annual erosion of soil are then USLE and RUSLE methods. The most available possible models were selected for the purposes of this thesis.
GPC of soil humic and fulvic acids from Trojmezí area
Šestauberová, Martina ; Novák, František
Humic (HA) and fulvic acids (FA) were isolated from individual soil horizons from podzol of spruce forest in Trojmezí stand (Bohemian Forest, 48°46´25¨ N, 13°51´04¨ E). Their molecular weight M.sub.r./sub. and weight-average molecular weight M.sub.w./sub. were determined by the gel permeation chromatography(GPC). For the high-molecular HA fraction (HM-HA), it was found the range of M.sub.r./sub. 380 – 569 kDa, for the main fraction of HA and for FA 6.7 – 31.4 kDa and 1.8 – 3.3 kDa, respectively. The M.sub.r./sub. of humic substances and the proportion of HM–HA decreased with soil depth. HA isolated from horizon B.sub.h./sub. didn´t contain any high-molecular fraction and its molecular weight approached the values specified for FA.
