The Order Processing in the Selected Company

This bachelor's thesis proceesed in production company Tajmac-ZPS a.s., which is engaged in production of Machine centres. It is focused on the optimalization of the order processing in selected company, from demand's acceptance until shipment of final product to customer. Based on gained informations, I try to propose the improvement of present state, which helps to refine the company's production systém.

The diploma thesis focuses on the product assortment analysis of the company Pfanner, spol. s r.o. which delivers fruit drinks and other food products on the Czech market. Several criteria are taken into acount when evaluating the company's product mix: the development of sales from volume as well as value point of view, profitability, effectiveness and function of the products within the product assortment. The final assessment and recommendations are made focused on these analyses and then, a product strategy is suggested to improve the company's performance on the market.

Ostatní firmy působící ve zbrojařském průmyslu neustále zvyšují svoji konkurenceschopnost, proto se Česká zbrojovka rozhodla provést analýzu nákladů ve výrobním úseku s cílem podstatně snížit náklady. Po provedení analýzy bylo zjištěno, že jedna z největších položek nákladů je logistika (přeprava) materiálu a součástek. Práce popisuje reorganizaci výrobního procesu, jehož cílem je přispět ke snížení nákladů, zvýšit efektivitu výrobního procesu a zvýšit konkurenceschopnost celého podniku.
