Epidemic model with help of a system of non-integer order differential equations

The main topic of the bachelor thesis is the basic theory and application of fractional differential equations and basic epidemiological models. In recent years, the use of fractional calculus has become more popular and in many cases, in epidemiology, more appropriate. In this thesis, we introduce concepts from the theory of non-integer order differential equations, such as Riemann--Liouville integral and derivative, Caputo derivative, and numerical solution concepts such as the fractional predictor-corrector method.
