In vivo dosimetry in electron beam radiotherapy
ŘEHÁKOVÁ, Andrea
The theoretical part deals with general description of dosimetry, its physical parametres, types, calibration, calibration factors and quality protection systems together with setting an absorbed dose and choosing a programme suitable to measure it. The research part is aimed at verifying dosimetry parametres of diodes presented by the PTW Freiburg and valid in standard conditions. Next I analysed a dose calibration of diodes, prepare a measument procedure, accomplished the measurement in patients and finally processed it staticly. That lead to making a scheme for placing detectors on a patient and introducing methods to be used while measuring electron fields in patients in the Department of Oncology of the Hospital in České Budějovice. The hypothesis assumed that maximum deviation of an electron field can be {$\pm$} 7%, was proved.
