The modern processes and technology of sheet metal parts forming

This bachelor thesis contains the summary of methods for unconventional sheet metal forming and tube forming, especially in flexible tools. There are some technologies such as rubber pad forming, hydroforming, high-speed forming and hot forming presented. In next part of the work there are three hydroforming methods for tube components described: low-pressure, high-pressure and pressure-sequence hydroforming. Finally there is comparison of these technologies according to several aspects by available web sources.

This diploma thesis deals with the electgrical cabel hoist 5t,which will be placed in the hall. The aim of the calculating and draving documentation is to design and make control of drivers and travel. , machine components of travel height including the calculation and choice of steel rope. In material design I come out not only from CSN and german DIN standars , but also literature, which deals of cranes.

Design of a tool for production of shaped blanks

Master thesis reports questions about purchasing supplies for stamping shop. It solves task, that is cheaper buy blanks, or buy coils and cut them in free time of Raster 250 press. Thesis contains a design of cutting tools for production rectangular and trapeze shaped blanks. Tool for cutting of rectangular blanks is documented with drawings of assembly and main parts. The project was verified in techno-economic summary including repayment time calculation.
