The aim of the diploma thesis is to offer to the city of Mikulov a project, that would help to use of a particular city part more efficiently and thus develop the city's potential not only as a tourist destination, but also for an attractive municipality. The diploma thesis deals mainly with the urban design of the new structure in relation to the existing buildings. One of the structural possibilities is developed also from the architectural point of view. The building would create a new place for city office.
Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company

This bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of financial position of a company. The thesis is divided into three essential parts. In the first theoretical part financial analysis is described with all its implements and methods. The second practical part contains general information about the company Alpine Pro, a. s. and all the applied calculations. All financial indicators from the first part are used to get an overview about the financial situation in the company. And finally in the last part of the thesis as a result of all calculations I focus on my own suggestions and improvements in the company. Such as efficient claims recovery, stock management or expansion of marketing communication.
