This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis and suggestions for improvement of information system JIRA, which is used by AutoCont CZ a.s. for division of tasks in processing of large and time-consuming projects. The first part of the thesis contains the theoretical background. The second part contains analysis of the current state, followed by suggestions for improvement. These will serve as basis for comments and suggestions at training of JIRA information system.

This diploma thesis focuses on the design of an information system for car services and their customers, which is designed for evidence of orders, cars and service records. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part describes the theory of creation of the information system. The next part contains the analysis of the current situation and description of the problem. The last part is divided into two parts, one part describes designed information system using data ant functional modeling and the second part shows the design of user interface.
