The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is a New building of an apartment house in Ostrava. The building has four floors and one partially based underground floor, in which storage and mechanical rooms are situated. There are a total of 8 apartment units in the apartment building. The building is made of the SENDWIX system with filigrane panels, the roof is flat and vegetated.
Office building, Ostrava

The main task of the master´s thesis is to design an office building in Ostrava, Mariánské Hory. The building has one underground floor and three above grounds. On the underground floor there is a technical room, an archive and a server. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a reception, toilets, a lecture room and a showroom. Upper floor contains only offices and a toilets. The materials used are prefabricate concrete for structural frame (column, girder, floor panels), ceramic bricks as infill masonry and mineral wool as wall insulation. The building has a flat roof. The building will be heated by heat pump air-to-water. The water heating is provided also by a heat pump. The building will have mechanical ventilation and photovoltaic panels. The theoretical part is BIM data application to simulation thermal bridges in ArchiCAD software and comparison with another software, CalA.

Návrh nízkonákladové dřevostavby z přírodních materiálů

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a wooden family house for a young, two to three-member family, which will be ecologically and financially unpretentious for implementation, use, maintenance and disposal. This project will serve as a basis for building permits. The project "Design low-cost wood buildings made of natural materials" should be an example of the direction of sustainable construction. The project will be firstly designed in accordance to layout with applicable hygiene regulations and standard requirements and with regard to efficient use of space, material and energy. In the next step of the design will be chosen a suitable construction system, materials and individual construction structures for the design of wooden buildings, with an emphasis on the price and sustainable and ecological solution of the construction. Part of the work will be drawing documentation, technical and accompanying report, energy intensity of the house, 3D visualization of the supporting structure and the final appearence of the building.
