Analysis of material design of family houses

The bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison of wooden buildings and masonry structures in terms of decisive factors in the selection of material design of family houses. The theoretical part explains the basic types of construction of houses and their development to the present. In the practical part, the individual decisive factors are compared. These are: price, quality, speed of construction, service life, thermal and acoustic comfort, operating costs and disposal costs. The price factor is examined in more detail.

Srovnání nákladů na rekonstrukci a novostavbu rodinného domu

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá porovnaním nákladov na výstavbu novostavby voči rekonštrukcii staršieho objektu. V teoretickej časti boli objasnené podmienky a charakter výstavby v druhej polovici dvadsiateho storočia v Československu. Následne podmienky výstavby novostavieb v súčasnosti a popis spôsobov stanovovania nákladov na výstavbu rodinných domov. V praktickej časti bola do porovnania postavená novostavba voči rekonštrukcii staršieho objektu. V rámci rekonštrukcie bolo vytvorených 12 variant, líšiacich sa náročnosťou a rozsahom prác. Analýza nákladov výstavby je stiahnutá na meter štvorcový úžitkovej plochy novostavby/rekonštrukcie. Objekty sú porovnané aj z hľadiska času a nákladov na prevádzku.
