Title: Development of game combinations in ice hockey for older pupils Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to gather informations about the development of game combinations and then create an excercise summary which is specific for offensive game combinations in different areas of the field. It will be a combination of "pass and go". Methods: The first phase of this bachelor thesis will be only theoretical. I will research information from expert literature, which relate to the topic of this bachelor thesis. Title: Importance of parental support in long-term sports training for children (chosen sports industry as an example) Objectives: Main goal of this work is to find out how much and how active parents are when it comes to sports training of their children and secondly, how much are they invested in overal development and education of their children. Methods: Empiric research is applied and for purpose of this work, mixed method of quantitative and qualitative research will be used. Currently, mixed research is understood as design research, where at least one quantitive aspect is combined with at least one qualitative approach, data collection or data analysis. Basic assumption is, that qualitative and quantitative approach combined allows better understanding of research problem, than only one of them (compare. Creswell a Plano Clark, 2007). Statistic methods will be used for data. Results: Interviews were done with parents of children (years 2010 - 2006). That means the oldest children were mome at the time. Main objektive: The main purpose of the thesis is to portray and illustrate modern practice techniques. Furthermore, practice methods and detailed explanation of specific situations is also illustrated. Strucutre of the thesis: The theoretical part includes the analysis and presentation of several known and proven publications in regards to training methods. The practical section is dedicated to the explanation of the most modern methods and trends in high quality traning methods that are currently used in professional hockey. These professional methods include interactive, full- body drills. Results: The data analysis and the application of modern training methods serve not only to make the training units enjoyable and engaging, it also allows for young hockey players to learn and practice the necessary movements and tactics used in professional hockey. Use of special tools in youth training in ice hockey

VYUŽITÍ SPECIÁLNÍCH POMŮCEK V TRÉNINKU HOKEJOVÉ MLÁDEŽE V PŘÍPRAVNÉM OBDOBÍ Objectives: A usage of special equipment in practice in ice-hockey during off-ice practice and its further analysis and evaluation. Methods: To get the aim of comparing a common practice and a special practice I will use special exercises for a speed of learning of new skills. The new methods will be used in a modern practice. I will observe reactions of children about the other kind of practice and effectiveness of modern practice as well. Results: Results of modern practice show that children like learning new activities and methods. More various practices were better for their motivation and interest. A practice was much more intensive when I used suitable game-like methods. Effectiveness of learning raised when I used modern practice. Comparison of performance in test of skating with and without the puck among the Extraleague U16 competition defensemen and forwards

Title: Comparison of performance in test of skating with and without the puck among the Extraleague U16 competition defensemen and forwards Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare basic ice hockey skills of defensemen and forwards in a skating test carried out with and without the puck. We would like to analyze the data we receive, draw conclusions about the skills of players and come up with practice recommendations for defensemen and forwards. Methods: The diploma thesis was written from a methodological point of view based on experiment, which resulted in a comparative analysis by using different statistical methods. The testing was done on ice hockey stadiums of HC Hvězda Praha, HC Slavia Praha and HC Letci Letňany. The tested group of ice hockey players came from HC Hvězda Praha, HC Slavia Praha and HC Letci Letňany who play in the Extraleague U16 competition. Results: From the results and comparison of average performances of the U16 players we can conclude that the defensemen did not dominate over the forwards in backward skating, tests carried out with the puck. The difference performances of backward skating without the puck was 0,12sec (in favor of the forwards) and in backward skating with the puck 0,69sec (in favor of the forwards).
