This bachelor thesis deals with design and elaboration of project documentation for construction of a house building in Moravany in the district of Pardubice. Object is located on the parcel No. 78/45, in the cadastral area Moravany nad Loučnou. It is situated in a built environment. The outline of the house is irregular, the roofing is solved with one saddle and one flat roof. The house is divided into a residential area for a five-member family. Part of the living area has two above ground floors, one underground floor, the object is partly basement. Part of it is the garage for one car. Next to the property there is a local IV road class. House design respects the municipal plan and the urban development plan. The construction system is a Porotherm wall, the ceilings are folded with Miako liners, the saddle roof is a hambal type, the cover is KM Beta. The project documentation is prepared in accordance with the current wording of applicable laws, decrees and standards.

The bachelor's thesis deals with design of a detached family house. The aim of this work is to draft project documentation for construction the house. The house is situated in town Prostějov in cadastral area Vrahovice. The family house is designed for four-members family. The building has two floors and a basement. The structure of the house is made of the system of HELUZ in combination with systém of POROTHERM with an outer insulation system of ISOVER EPS. The basement is made of a formwork. The roof is saddle with the roof tiling of TONDACH Samba 11. The staircase is monolithic reinforced concrete.

The thesis is designed newly built freestanding house. The building will be located in Moravský Krumlov , part of the plot Kačence . No. 3225/3226 , Znojmo district . House is designed as a single-storey with partial basement . Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outline of the house are 21.5 x15 , 25 m . Loft height is 3.7 m house is based on the footings of plain concrete. In terms of design for the combined construction of concrete blocks in the basement and 1st floor in ceramic blocks . The ceilings of the house are designed as monolithic - concrete reinforced with cross boards. The supporting structure is a concrete staircase . The roof of the house is a single-layer flat with the classical order of layers and coating roofing membrane .

The thesis dealt with the reconstruction of the existing farm buildings. After a complete reconstruction of the object it will serve as a guest house with training center. The equipment includes the restaurant with its own kitchen facilities and building will be completed by the wellness center, which will be located in the new part of development. Object of wellness center will probably be completely resolved in the construction phase B. The property is located in the village Býkovice, Býkovice (616524 ), house No. 30, No. 82, land parcel numbers: 120/1 , 120/2 , 121/1. That object will consist of three floors, one floor is partly underground, further aboveground floor which will be directly accessible from the northern part and attic. The total built-up area will be approximately 526 m. Ridge height is 5,250 m and 3,840 m. The building is based on the existing foundations and the new wellness center is based on the footings of plain concrete C16/20. The base concrete slabs will be made new in the entire building, reinforced with KARI networks 150x150x6. Peripheral bearing and interior bearing walls remain largely preserved (masonry, brick, stone and mixed). New structures will be designed in Porotherm and added with light rails Fermacell (SDK). The steel-concrete ceiling and ceiling in the new part will be made of Porotherm. The staircase is made of steel, staircase. The roof is gabled house (main building) and desk (east wing), above the training center is also gabled roof. All roofs are fitted with metal roofing.

The subject of this thesis is to develop design documentation for the newly built multifunkcional building. The building is located in Slavkov u Brna. It is located on flat terrain. Building is partial basement with four floors. The new building is divided into a cafe, a dental clinic and 12 apartments. Masonry is made up of Porotherm system, ceiling structures are made of filigree plates. The building is covered saddle roof created by wood trusses. The project was developed in AutoCAD.

This bachelor thesis is about a family house with a design office. The object is placed on a land having a mildly sloping terrain. A perimeter wall is made from lime sandstone blocks and inserted into a wall footing made from plain concrete. Ceilings are assembled by a system Porotherm Miako. A roof is vegetative with lush vegetation. Operation of the obejct is functionally divided into two sections. The family house is medium-sized, intended for 4-5 family members. 5 residential rooms are likewise included. One section of the house has got a cellar. There are facilities in a basement for storing things and food. A garage provides parking for two cars. The design office forms a divided functional section. There is a separated office with a meeting room and facilities for 3-4 employees. The design documents are adapted into A documentation for realising a structure.

House has two floors with a partial basement. Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outline of the house are 14.6 x16.55 m. Ridge height is 7.23 m. House is based on the footings of plain concrete C16/20. The base is reinforced concrete slab KARI network 150x150x6. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is concrete. The roof is gabled with ceramic clay tiles. The roof above the garage is flat with a coating covering.

On ground floor is designed entrance, vestibule, bathroom, WC, kitchen, pantry, dining room, tercce, living room, staircase, corridor, quest-room, garage, workshop, dressroom. In the attic are situated three rooms, bedroom, bathroom, WC, dressroom, loggia. In the basement are situated laundry room, boiler room, warehouse appliance. The building is based on foundation strips made from concrete C20/25, all frame structures are designed in the system Porotherm. Staircase is made as monolithic construction with wood paneling. The roof is gabled roof with type of „hambalek“ construction. Roof slope is 35° with ceramic tile of „Tondach Francouska 14“

The theme of diploma thesis is processing of the design documentation of a home for the elderly people in the village Benešov u Boskovic. The house with three floors is without basement. The building is operationally divided into several separate parts. The mainly part of the building is for living of elderly people. The rest of the building consists of several partial operational units. The house is designed of the construction system Porotherm. The warm flat roof is with a concrete load-bearing structure.
