Stress state rock mass monitoring ahead of longwall No. 371 202 at 2ndA block, Mine Plant 2, OKD, a.s

Generally, the accurate knowledge of the stress strain state of the rock mass in the neighbourhood of the mining galleries and underground openings is absolutely critical for their precise support designing, not only in the vicinity of them, but also at a greater distance from them if the phenomenon affecting the rock mass stress fields occurs. Measurement (investigation) of the rock stress is usually carried out by interpretation of the rock mass deformation processes, which can be relatively precisely observed and measured. The roadways are loaded not only by rock pressures in the front of the coalfaces but also by destress blasting realised in the overburden rock seam in the scope of the rockburst prevention. In addition, the rock stress distribution is influenced by old mining activities too, for example by abandoned coal pillars in the seams in overburden, respectively by goaf in the excavated seam. All of these factors can significantly affect the stress-strain behaviour of the rock mass around the mining works.

Geotechnické vyhodnocení průzkumných jádrových vrtů S-3 a S-4 na lokalitě PVP Bukov

Předmětem řešeného úkolu je geotechnické vyhodnocení průzkumných jádrových vrtů S-3 a S-4, včetně realizace jejich videoinspekce in situ. V rámci řešeného úkolu byly realizovány následující práce: - makropetrografický popis vrtného jádra, - upřesnění makropetrografického popisu hornin pomocí optické mikroskopie horninových výbrusů, zhotovených z vybraných horninových vzorků, - analýza RQD parametru, kusovitosti vrtného jádra a úklonu foliace k ose vrtu, - fotodokumentace vrtného jádra, - videoinspekce vrtů in situ. Výsledky a výstupy provedených prací jsou zpracovány v předkládané zprávě, jejíž členění odpovídá výše uvedenému rozsahu prací. Petrografické popisy hornin a grafické výstupy z provedených analýz a měření jsou, z důvodu řádné čitelnosti a přehlednosti, převážně zpracovány a prezentovány v samostatných přílohách této zprávy (viz Seznam příloh). Součástí zprávy jsou rovněž dva DVD disky, na kterých jsou nahrány jak soubory obsahující datový záznam z videoinspekce obou vrtů ve formátu "*.mpg", tak text zprávy včetně jednotlivých příloh v pdf formátu.

The introductory view on the pressure load in the underground storage in the exploration zone Milasín-Bukov

The report was prepared as the preliminary opinion on the pressure load resistance of the rock mass inside the gas storage Milasín-Bukov. It comprised the data summary and analysis, which were gained by measuring in mine or by laboratory tests. Rock and rock-mass parameters were obtained by deformation and/or stress/strain monitoring in the roadways in the mine using the index RMR or Q characterized the rock quality. The mechanical and stress/strain conditions were tested in labor on selected rock samples. The rock mass resistance to gas pressure inside the gas storage was determined based on the methodology stress strain in-situ measurements in the before driven roadways in the similar rock-mass conditions. The results were compared with the results of mathematical model.

On the basis of a contract for No. 850/33/10 and Appendix 1 of this contract , between OKD , as, ČSM and the Institute of Geonics AS CR, v.v.i. we present the following project monitoring stress tension-deformation condition of the rock mass during extraction of coal seam No.30 (634 ) within the test run mining methods corridor - pillar in a protective pillars jam CSM Mine, north location. Monitoring of the stress tension-deformation state of rock mass is a prerequisite for successful verification of a new mining method unapproved hall - pillar and its further use in the Czech part of the Upper Silesian Coal Basin. This mining method is designed on the basis of experiences and practices, which are verified in different natural conditions and depths, and therefore it is necessary for the verification of the conditions of the Czech part of the Upper Silesian Basin on the basis of the proposed geotechnical monitoring. Test operation of the new hall - pillar method will be implemented in the seam No.30 (634 ) in the rock mass included in the category without the risk of shocks.
