The project addresses the new residential building in the cadastral Chotebor city, county Region. It is a four-storey apartment block, slab and flat roofed single-shell roof. The external walls are lined from the system Porothem and insulation system certified ETICS (TI Extherm EPS 70 F). Residential house is located on parcels 1226/1, 1226/2. Residential house is designed with the layout, the use of safety in terms of fire safety, acoustics, lighting and heating equipment and energy.

Reconstruction of the House of Culture

Thesis Theme is the reconstruction of the cultural house in Suchý Důl. The building is divided into a restaurant with rooms and multi-purpose hall with facilities. Reconstruction of the building is additional insulation of substructures, exchange floor structures, replacing ceiling structures, creating new roof construction, replacement of doors, windows and changing the layout. The reconstruction and extension of the part of the building.

Home Business

Home Business is situated in a part of Brno-South. The building will be used for industrial purposes, complete with restaurant, café and business space. The area is considered building is located on flat land unkempt. The building is has a rectangular plan shape. It has two blocks and has three floors. The building follows street terraced houses and it´s height doesn´t affect the surroundings. The facade is designed as glass facades. The bering structure is reinforced concrete frame in the module 6x6m. Infill walls is with blocks of YTONG. As roofing is flat roof. Establishment of an object is made of concrete foudations pass and quiffs.

Area for Breeding Horses

The aim of this project was to design a new hippocentre in the locality of Lipůvka – Jihomoravský kraj. The building site is situated in a sloping terrain, on a meadow out of the built-up area of the village. The principle of this draft lies in a division of various functions to the separated objects, connected by inner and outer ways. The object is functionally divided into five parts – hall of an inner riding-school (partially imbedded into the terrain), with added objects of keeper’s/owner’s housing, restaurant and a club room with a kitchen and other service rooms, and accomodation part for guests. Higher in the terrain we can find horse stables with integrated service rooms- such as feed storage, changing rooms for the users, and showers for the horses. One of the most important requirements of this project was also to create a functional complex though the significant cant in the elevation across the length of the given area. Thus, the stable buildings have inside two different floor levels to compensate it. The hall of a riding-school is lighted by skylights in its roof, which also provide indirect lighting to the rooms in the western part of the three added blocks. In this bachelor thesis, only the buildings for accomodation and dwelling of people are being further designed and documented.

Biogas Plant Telč

This proposal called "development of VTP and CTT Vysočina” counts with the intention of building a science and technology park , which under different conditions will test composition of crop input parameters for biogas production and energy utilization . The aim of the thesis was to design a building of Science and Technology Park and laboratories which has a very simple and logically arranged disposition but also representative exterior which creates a strong industrial character . VTPL building is designed as one and partly two-storey building which consist of one two-storey blocks and three single-storey blocks, which gradually shrink and copy the triangular shaped site. The building was designed in a way to ensure a smooth transition of materials from technological objects into the VTPL building and then to individual laboratories and offices . To achieve expression of industrial building was covered in aluminum composite siding.

Detached House with Terraristic Facilities

This thesis describes the design of the project a family house with a background for the terraristics. The house is designed as a three-floor, one floor is composed of basement. Structural system is used Porotherm. The house is designed as a premium for a family with two or three children. The house has plenty of room for relaxation and fun. In the house is a room for the terraristics, separate laundry room, utility room and several storage areas. Housing complements the wellbeing of a large garden with a pond for ornamental fish breeding.

Adaptatiton of Primary School in Krasno

This bachelor's thesis is concerned with creating constructional and technical research, followed by creating field sketch and delineating the real state of an object of primary school in village Krasno, build in 1933. There is no technical evidence about the construction.Due to the placement of the building and needs of the village there is new purpose of use designed as the building is not used anymore for its initial purpose and it is deteriorating. After the adaption, the object will be used for followed purposes: free time center, surgery and gym. In order to improve heat economy, there is designed insulation with contact insulating system ETICS, existing wooden windows will be exchanged by plastic windows as well as existing roof covering will be replaced by new one. Hygienic background is not meeting criteria and therefore it is suggested to break it down.New hygienic background is designed to meet all the criteria, material and disposition ones.

It consists of one-storey living house with residential attic connected to ground floor workshop. The house has a gabled roof with standard roof frame. House is designed for four people. Entrance is situated to the north-west and living rooms are situated to the south-east and south. The work contains drawings and technical descriptions and it is composed as implementing project.

Object is designed as timber frame construction with the FERMACELL board. The house has a gabled roof with a standard roof frame, workshop has confessed roof frame. The house is designed for four people. An entrance is situated to north and living rooms are situated to south and west. The work contains drawings and technical descriptions and it is composed as an implementing project.

Detached House with Lawyer Practice

To my undergraduate work, I approached in accordance with the solution of the modern detached house in pursuit of simplicity in both, form and structure itself. It is about a two-storey house with an practice area located in the new built-up district in Havlickuv Brod. Almost square bottom floor, which is partialy cut into the ground is used for business and the upper floor, which extends S-shaply towards the garden, is designed as a private part of the building with its own entrance. The main disposal idea thus was the separation of private area from public. From the construction point of view was an effort to use a suitable combination of materials for suppressing their disadvantages and thus for overall more comfortable usage of the building.
