Controlling ang checking system
Bláha, Jan ; Roubal, Zdeněk (referee) ; Szabó, Zoltán (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the design, fabrication and testing module 4 independent switching appliances. Switching can be controlled automatically according to the ambient temperature and time, or manually. The equipment includes the measurement of power. In the conclusion, the evaluation and lessons learned or problems in the implementation of module.
Accurate wattmeter for measure power loss in feromagnetic controlled AVR
Smutný, Martin ; Drexler, Petr (referee) ; Roubal, Zdeněk (advisor)
Electronic wattmeters excel in very small (up to negligible) own consumption. The basiccomponents of these devices is the multiplier - a circuit whose output voltage is proportional to the product of input voltage. Wattmeter is a device that contains two coils, one of which is the current coil voltage and the second coil. Current coil is connected in series with the measured electrical circuit and the voltage measuredparallel to the coil circuit. Current flowing through the coil current causes a magnetic field is proportional to the current flowing through the phase shift and. Electromagnetic fields of both coils influence each other in case of measurements in a DC circuit, the resultingdeflection proportional to both voltage and current. When measured in AC electrical powercircuits can be determined using the effective values of current and voltage, and their mutualphase shift. A magnetic induction B can be determined using mean values. An analog multiplier are circuits, that are realized multiplication of two analog signals. They can be made by suitable connection (according to function) discreet parts. Nowadays there are integrated circuits in advance function, whose internal structure is made by complex of circuits with operating ampfliers and other circuits. These circuits have a very high accuracy of arithmetic operation which is mostly better than 1%. The analog multiplier are used in situation, when we need realize multiplication, division, exponentation, square root extraction and logarithmic calculation of analog signals.
Signal generator controlled by AVR
Wiesner, Jiří ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (referee) ; Roubal, Zdeněk (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was to design a universal function generator, which would find use for magnetizing and demagnetizing job, or for measuring hysteresis. The heart of the control module is an 8-bit microcontroller from Atmel, they are connected to the input/output peripherals, not least optocouplers for relay. Microcontroller communicates with the other module mounted DA converters using the SPI lines. At the exit so they can rise to any signals programmed into the MCU.
Realization of USB and LAN interface for incubator
Tydor, Maximilián ; Roubal, Zdeněk (referee) ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (advisor)
This project is focused on communication between PC and microcontroller based application. It presents few available ways to do so via modern, popular and widely used communication protocols such as USB or Ethernet. The goal of this project is to enable the microcontroller to communicate with PC and via this connection transfer the data from and to a controled application so the PC user will be able to read the actual state of the device and change its settings. As a CPU an ATmega16 is used with convertor from UART to USB type FT232BM produced by FTDI company and a UART to Ethernet convertor from Lantronix Inc. called XPort.
The Design of current power amplifier for inductive load
Sobotka, Libor ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (referee) ; Roubal, Zdeněk (advisor)
This Bachelor’s thesis deals with various sources of electrical current and it's goal is to gather necessary information to design and build a power source able to handle inductive load up to 10 kHz. The source should deliver at least 4 A due to induction of non-linear magnetic core. The stability of scheme is certified by all the necessary simulations in PSpice.
The low level measurement for determination air ion concentration
Šot, Jan ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (referee) ; Roubal, Zdeněk (advisor)
This work deals with the possibilities of small current amplification to measure the concentration of air ions using the Aspiration condenser method. The work analyzes the connection containing precision operational amplifiers and the air ions measurement method. Two amplifiers, namely an instrumentation amplifier containing an integrated circuit INA116 recording the voltage drop on shunt and a current to voltage converter, have been designed and created to measure ion concentrations. The results of measurement show that using the instrumentation amplifier means lower measurement uncertainties of type A measurement than when using the current to voltage converter.
Wireless signal transfer from temperature sensors
Hulanský, Jozef ; Drexler, Petr (referee) ; Roubal, Zdeněk (advisor)
The main goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to design a device capable of measuring temperature to prevent danger in critical hot areas of high voltage electric distribution boxes. Hardware platform is focused on the Atmega8 chip from ATMEL Corp. factory. In this dokuments is elaborate the Zigbee wireless communication protocol, some types of temperature senzors and power system. The second part of this dokument are about the particular solution of measuring temperature and carrying values with wireless modules. This thesis also contains schematic and printed circuit board with pictures of system in work. In the end of this document are indicated experiences in the development of work and other possible solutions in the future.
Wireless transmission sensors non-electrical quantities to iontmeter
Kadlček, Václav ; Szabó, Zoltán (referee) ; Roubal, Zdeněk (advisor)
Theme of this bachelor thesis is construction a meteorological station with wireless data transfer to ionteter. At first, meteorological phenomenons which most influence the concentration of atmospherical ionts are described and than suitable sensors are picked. When selecting the sensors, the greatest demands are placed on high accuracy and low power consumption of weather station. After testing of these parts the final weather station is build.
The tunable frequency filter for laboratory
Dokoupil, Jakub ; Roubal, Zdeněk (referee) ; Friedl, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison of the available active universal frequency filter and then design of a 2nd order of the universal frequency filter. Universal filter will contain lowpass filters, highpass, bandpass and notch filter. The filter can be setup in the range of 100 Hz to 150 kHz.
