The main concern of this thesis work is the five-storey multifunction building. The house will consist of 22 residential units and one barrier-free apartment to which they belong cellar and two establishments. The building will have four above ground and one underground floor.

The diploma work is dealing with a new building multifunctional building, which is divided to a medical center and two flats for living. The building has three floors with different altitudes and partial cellar. The object is covered by flat roof. The location of the house is on a mildly slanting surface. The basics is made of concrete C16/20. External walls are stalled from POROTHERM 44 P+D and insulated system ETICS. The internal vertical walls are made from POROTHERM 30 P+D and POROTHERM 36,5 AKU, partitions from blocks POROTHERM 11,5 P+D and POROTHERM 14 P+D. The ceiling construction above each floor is made from filigree panels.

This master thesis is focused on elaboration of project documentation for constructing sport centr in Telč. Project and appendix are processed by current applicable laws, regulations and standard. The main theme of this Master´s thesis is a project of newly built detached sport centr in Telč. The building is without a basement, two-storey, set in a slighty sloping terrain. The building is designed of system Porotherm with ceiling panels Spiroll. The roof construction is single-flat. The first storey is determined for sport aktivity and second storey is determined for relaxation. In the object is located gym, big sport hall, small bar, squash, solárium and spaces for wellnes and rehabilitation.

Bachelor´s thesis solve design of the Family house in village Nové Veselí. I tis a two storey house with a partial basement, the roof is pitched with a slope of 30°. The house is designed of brick POROTHERM. The building is set on a land slightly sloping. The object is designed by valid standard.

The topic of this thesis is a project documentation of a Nursery School located in Trencin part Juh. The object had been designed as a stand-alone three storey building. The topic of this thesis is a project documentation of a nursery school located in Trencin quarter - Juh. The object has been designed as a stand-alone three storey building with two above- and one under-ground floors. Nursery school consists of two separate classrooms for kids, part for operations and employees, two creative areas, basement with storage space and garden. Only basic food is going to be prepared directly in the building, main courses will be brought by external provider and warmed up. A combined wall construction system made of Porotherm 30 Profi bricks and one reinforced concrete pillar have been used. In the basement the walls are constructed using permanent shuttering filled with concrete. Ceilings are of reinforced concrete. The object is founded on foundation stripes. The roof is then designed as one-shell flat with standard order of all layers. Above the 2nd floor the roof is projected as walk able , in the eastern part above the 1st floor as walk able with concrete paving on the rectification pads and above western part of the 1st floor it is designed as green vegetation roof. The access road to the object leads to the northern side of the building. In the eastern part of the estate an independent parking lot for parents is located, in the western part then one for employees and supplying. The southern part of the object is occupied by garden with projected area for playing and stay of the kids outside.

Home for the enderly people

This bachelor thesis is about a senior house. The object is placed on a mildly sloping terrain. A perimeter wall is made from lime sandstone blocks and inserted into a wall footing made from plain concrete. Ceilings are prestress panels SPIROLL. A roog is gabled A roof is vegetative with concrete tile, on a part of the roof is vegetative roof with lush vegetation. On the first floor is functionally divided into several sections. There is especially catering and facilities for residents. Next is boiler room and operational part. Surgery and workshop is a separate part of the house. On the first floor are also four flats. Second floor of the house is only for residential, there is 18 flats size 1+kk. The design documents are adapted into A documentation for realising a structure.

Multifunctional building

The project documentation, processed in the framework of the diploma thesis, solves the new building of the multifunctional house in Žďár nad Sázavou. The building is made of traditional brick technology of brick fittings, with insulation, ceilings are reinforced concrete monolithic, roof sloping in two variants. Commercial premises are located on the ground floor on the south side. Furthermore, on the floor there are technical facilities for offices and storage space for housing units and offices. On the next floors there are always 3 residential units. The building is located on flat terrain in the rapidly developing part of the city. The building envelope and individu-al structures are designed to the entire object it was as energy- consuming as possible, and do not pump irreparably by nature its natural resources in a larger quantity than necessary.

The building is designed to approximately in the shape of the letter "F" as a single-storey building with a basement and an attic. The supporting system object is solved from POROTHERM 30 PROFI thermo 200 mm EPS. The roof structure is designed "hambálkovým" modern truss. The land is gently sloping to the south-west. In the basement there is parking for 3 cars, laundry, utility room with two storage rooms. On the ground floor is a swimming pool, living room, dining room and kitchen. The dining room is connected to the 2.NP floor galleries, and upstairs there is a bedroom with two rooms.

House is designed for desabled persons.

The plot is located on a street Moravky in Velké Bílovice. The building has two floors and one underground floor. The building is constructed of brick system SUPETHERM HELUZ. The perimeter wall is constructed from ceramic blocks HELUZ STI 40. The ceilings are made of ceiling liners HELUZ MIAKO and and ceramic joists. The roof is gabled. The rafter is constructed of spruce wood constructions. Entrance doors and windows are plastic.
