On the turning of spring steels
Žídek, Jan ; Humár, Anton (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is about an analysis of turning of spring steels, focusing on an aplication of higher cutting speed and modern cutting materials. The purpose of the thesis is a realization and assessment of experimental exercises.
On the modern technologies of hole production in metal materials
Kříž, Daniel ; Humár, Anton (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation and description of modern methods of holes production. The first part deals with the classification of methods, description of production, achievable technological parameters and production finishing methods. The second is dedicated to description of tools for holes production by different methods. Third part evaluates machines for holes production. In the last part of this thesis the unconventional methods of holes production are described.
On the analysis of spring steel machinability after a heat treatment
Vašíček, František ; Humár, Anton (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the machinability spring steel after heat treatment. Brief research is devoted to the machinability of steel with a focus on spring steel, various influences acting on the material and selected types of heat treatment. On the example of deteriorated workability of Disc spring are described methods of material analysis, performace and influences on machinability. By assessment of the results of the analysis were identified possible causes of deterioration of machinability from view of heat treatment – soft annealing. The final part discusses possible corrective actions in the annealing process and proposes a non-destructive method for controlling material structures.
Surface Integrity of Produced Part for Sanitary Technique and Method of Improvement
Peňák, Martin ; Humár, Anton (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis is focused on surface integrity during finishing operations in the manufacture of faucet’s bodies and identifying of its possible defects. The aim is to demonstrate the nature of the defect by method of repeatability to determine the possibility of its occurrence. Part of this work is to offer corrective actions lead to its elimination or its complete removal during the manufacturing process at the supplier.
Machining of titanium alloys and difficult-to-machine alloys with milling
Kouřil, Petr ; Prokop, Jaroslav (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis was specialized on the issues machine difficult-to-machine alloys. In theoretical part of thesis was characterized groups of these alloys and analysis of their machinability. A face milling of the titanium alloy Ti6Al4V has been experimentally tested and statistically assessed. A total force loading and specific cutting force analyses have been done.
Machining of hard-to-machine materials
Tejkl, Jakub ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis studies the machining of hard-to-machine materials. The first part of the thesis considers hard-to-machine materials and analyses them. The next part of the study focuses on individual alloy machinability issues. The final section of the thesis is devoted to experiment, statistical analysis and subsequently to its evaluation.
On the optimization of suction valve joint strength testing
Attasek, Radek ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the testing and its optimization of the joint suction valve strength. The main intention is an analysis the current state of the pressing process in the department for installations of suction valves at Bosch Diesel, Ltd. Jihlava. Part of the work is focused on the new design of the teswting equipment with an intention to reduce the need of service and reduction of the production tact, with a final discussion and assessment.
On the modern technologies of hole production in metal materials
Laňka, Lubomír ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the modern technologies for the hole production in metal materials. In the first part the fundamental technologies are described including how to make the hole or to modify it. The second part deals with the modern cutting tools, and the other part includes some machines for hole production. Some non-conventional methods of hole machining are also mentioned. The last two parts deals with the experiments - the tool wear and other phenomena are evaluated when machining some selected materials. The work confirms that the titanium alloy is a material very difficult to drill up today.
Milling of Thin-Walled Parts for Aircraft Industry
Lekeš, Jonáš ; Polzer, Aleš (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with materials used in the aircraft industry, then theoretical analysis and prediction of deflection of plate and tool when machining a thin-walled piece. Then it describes an NC error compensation method, which define and minimizes a part deflection with use of three dimensional cutting force model and modeling of part and tool. Final part is about practical experiment where different computational and measuring techniques where applied to determine a part deflection.
Manual programming of CNC machines
Stránský, Michal ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
Theme of my bachelor thesis is focused on the manual programming of CNC machines. The thesis is divided into 4 parts. First part is focused on the history and introduction of programming of CNC machines. Second part explains manual programming of CNC and its place in manufacture process. The third part is focused on a automatization of manual programming works. Last part of the bachelor thesis contains a program made with the SINUMERIK 840D control system.
