Family house with an establishment

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a new family house with an establishment. The content is the project documentation for construction work. The building is located in the cadastral area of Lažánky u Blanska on a sloping plot. The house is divided into a residential part intended for living of 4 persons and a shop - hairdressing. The residential part is a two-storey building, the second floor of which forms the quiet zone of the house. The plant is located in the basement with separate entrance and parking spaces. Due to the location of the object on the slope, the private and public part of the house is fully separated. The building is designed as a detached house with a residential attic in 2 NP. It is a monolithic reinforced concrete structure of the VELOX system (a lost thermal insulation formwork), a rectangular ground plan. It will be roofed with a saddle roof with a 30 ° inclination with a concrete folded cover.
Polyfunctional building

Diploma thesis deals with a new polyfunctional building with in the town Třebíč. The aim of this work is to develop design documents for building construction. It is detached building with five above-ground floors and one basement. Spaces that are used to operate on the first floor and second floor are operationally separated. Three floors are intended for occupancy 30 – 40 persons.
Office building in Karvina

Diplom thesis is about design of an office building. Building floor plan is designed as a rectangle. The building consists of four floors. Roofing the object is solved by a flat roof with strips of m-PVC. The purpose of the internal arrangement is to be able to lease office space to individual firms on the floor. On the first floor is situated an entrance hall with space for the doorman and staircase area. At the hall is also a personal elevator and utility room. These spaces are common to all tenants. In the space for offices are located toilets for women, for men and one toilet for the disabled. Kitchen with lounge and six offices. These spaces are connected with single corridor. The other floors are connected to administrative with hall, which houses a staircase and an elevator. In office spaces 2.NP. 3.NP and 4.NP are located toilets for women, for men and one toilet for the disabled. Kitchen with lounge, utility room and nine offices. These spaces are connected with single corridor. From these levels, there is also access to the evacuation staircase, which is designed according to the requirements for fire protection. On the 4.NP in the utility room is located auditing roof ascent. The project was developed in the educational version of ArchiCAD 17 and processed in accordance with the requirements of a layout, architectural design, structural design, proper and safe use of the building.
Fire Station Type C2

Diplom thesis is about design of the fire station of type C2 for the HZS. The building is divided into two parts. First part of a building is designed as a rectangular recessed floor. The first part of building consists of two floors and one underground floor. Roofed by a single-layer flat roof of soft PVC. The building will be used to perform the services, the fire brigade. It will be used 24 hours a day. In the basement is located warehouse, HVAC room, utility room and a lounge with an alternative source of electricity. On the first floor are designed garages for storage technique and also the dressing room, workroom, washing box, warehouse, room for chemical-technical service and concierge. The second floor is designed to serve firefighters. The second part of the building is a training tower, which will be used to train firefighters and for drying hoses. The training tower is designed as a simple steel structure with four floors. The project was developed in the educational version of ArchiCAD 16th project is designed in accordance with the requirements of a layout, architectural design, structural design proper and safe use of the building.
Polyfunctional building

The assignment of my diploma thesis was to design a polyfunctional building. Function of the building is based on the requirements of the Land Use Plan Brno, cadastral zone Židenice. The aim of the design was to improve the quality of public space in the area by creating parks, urban parterre with services, parking and by bringing missing features to the area. The building is located in the centre of the plot. The main facade is oriented to the main street. Design creates new parking on the ground and in the underground garage. On the first floor are rentable spaces for commerce and services. At 2nd and 3rd floor are open space offices with the possibility of spatial variability solutions. Architectural expression of the building is simple, consisting as a compact mass with parterre subsided, useful in terms of energetical sustainability. The facade of the building is made as a combination of a transparent double skin facade and opaque ventilated facade with fibre cement panels. Structural system is a precast concrete frame with a cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear core. Foundation is made as a reinforced concrete pads and strips. Ceiling is made of a precast prestressed hollow core slabs.
Family house with café

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is newly bulit family house with café in Ostrava. The building consists of two parts. Both parts are roofed by seddle roof, one of them with two dormer windows. First part of building is two story family house with terrace and basement where is situated the garage. At the first floor, there are toilet, larder, kitchen and living room. At the second floor, there are three bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and a cloakroom. The café is accesible from family house by the door situated in the hallway in the first floor. Café consists of section for customers and section for service with acces to the stock. Toilets are situated in the rear section of café. Café has a terrace and is completely wheelchair accesible. This project was elaborated in ArchiCAD 18.

Polyfunctional building

In Master´s thesis I evolved a projected documentation of newly designed building ofthe polyfunctional house. The project is completed as a professional docummentation for the planning permission. This suggested conception respects valid standards and announcements (organization of the stability and area, orientation to cardinal points, fire safety of the building, noise protection, energy saving demands etc).
Wine center Šidleny

This thesis addresses the detailed design new buildings Wine Centre. The building is detached, three-storey, with a gable roof. Vertical and horizontal brick ceiling are from Heluz. The construction is based on monolithic footings and footings. The roof structure consists of trusses with burnt roof covering. Around the house there are parking spaces for cars.
