This bachelor thesis is focused on main technological studies during contruction of low-energy timber house in Beskydy mountains. This building is situated near the ČR-PL border in a small vilage Nydek, right under the peak Stozek. In overal is this thesis about engineering report, technological study of main technological stages, time and financial plan and basic conception of site traffic. It also includes a bill of quantities, safety measures on site and tries to solve issues associated with transportating materials to high elevations in the mountains.

The aim of this work is the construction of a technological project for the construction of roof structures of a new apartment building on the street Sochorova in Brno. The thesis deals with technological regulations for the implementation of flat and vegetation roofs. Technological regulations are complemented by design of machine assemblies, control and test plans, technical report of site facilities, work safety protocol, budgets, time schedules and a protocol on the principles of construction organization.

Realization of the Building Envelope of the Administrative Building in Česká

The content of this bachelor thesis is the solution of the technological phase of realization building envelope of the administrative building in Česká. The building envelope is partly made of the reinforced concrete and partly made of brick blocks, insulated with contact insulation system. The thesis contains a technical report, a situation with wider transport routes relationships, a budget with a bill of quantities, a technological prescription, a site equipment project, a time schedule, a machine assembly, a control and test plan and a safety and health protection during work for the phase being solved.

The subject of this thesis is the construction and technological project for distribution warehouses in Prague. Textual part contains a technical report on construction technology project, wider relations of traffic routes with marked critical points, the study of the main technological stages of the building, principles of organization of construction, design of the main building machines and mechanisms, technological regulations, inspection and test plans, health and safety on the site. In the section with attachments there is a map of the locality, drawings of site facilities, including road signs, charts of the movement of machines, the schedule of the main building structure, the budget of the main building structure, a plan for securing material resources, time and financial plan, an economic evaluation of site facilities, details and other technical documentation stages.

Realization of rough upper building gaming center in Brno

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the phase of the upper part of rough construction of the gaming center in Brno. This phase includes three different technological methods of implementation – assembly skeleton, concreting of monolithic elements and walling of the supporting and non-supporting structures. Technological building project of the bachelor’s thesis adresses for the given technological phase mainly technical report of the object, the situation of traffic signs, bill of quantities, technological regulation for the upper part of rough construction, solution construction organization including a drawing and technical report of the facilities of the construction site, time schedule, design of the mechanical assembly, qualitative requirements and their provision, work safety and budget.
