Determination of mercury alkylderivatives in water ecosystem

Diploma thesis is oriented on the question of the fate and occurence of mercury and its derivatives in water ecosystems. At first, deep literature review will be worked out. At second, the optimal analytical procedure for the determination of mercury alkylderivatives in water ecosystem compartments will be proposed and verified. At third, real samples from selected water ecosystems will be taken and analyzed.
Selfmanagement constituent part of healthy lifestyle of senior

Lifestyle is called like an approach man to himself, to others and to our environment. By doing so, we affect our health. Self-management uses the personal potential of humans to care for their health carried by more responsibility and be a good manager himself during period of health and illness. Thanks to healthy lifestyle we are able to reduce the load to the body and prevent premature aging. Compliance with the principles of healthy lifestyle and health promotion are important elements in the modern care of the senior´s population. The main theme of this thesis is the orientation of seniors in healthy lifestyle and their ability to take responsibility for their own health. This thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part deals with old age and healthy lifestyle. There is also a topic that describes the role of nurses in the care of the seniors. The last topic of theoretical part is chapter of activities to promote senior´s health. This chapter is included a topic of self-management as a conscious behavior of the person aimed at encouraging his own health. For processing the empirical part of the thesis were used techniques of qualitative research. Data collection was performed by using semi-structured interviews. The research group consisted of seniors from 65 years old. The information was gathered by technique of interviews. The strategy of purposeful selection of respondents was chosen to obtain additional information necessary for the analysis. The criterion for the selection of respondents was willing to cooperate on research and a minimum age limit of 65 years of research sample consisted of twelve seniors divided into three age groups of four respondents. In each group were two women and two men. The first age group of respondents were aged 65 -70 years, in the second group aged 71 -75 years old and in the third group aged 76 and over. The sample consisted of senior´s citizens from České Budějovice and Tábor, who voluntarily agreed to give an interview and complied the criteria above. Interview contained identification questions, closed questions and open questions that allow individual replies. The aim was to identify attitude of senior people to healthy lifestyles in the timeline of senior´s age. At the beginning of the survey were asked four research questions. Do seniors know the principles of a healthy lifestyle? Are seniors able to follow the principles of healthy lifestyle? Is a medical condition of the seniors observing a healthy lifestyle better than the elderly who do not follow principles of healthy lifestyle? Is experience of self-management to a healthy lifestyle seen differently by women and men? By the interview technique was investigated senior´s attitude to healthy lifestyles, their knowledge of and complying of healthy lifestyle, how to care about health and how self-management is perceived in a healthy lifestyle by gender. The next step was an analysis of the collected data, which was an essential step to transcript of conversations followed by categorization. 11 same categories were created for each age group. For clarity, the selected categories were shown in the diagram. The research revealed that seniors have decent knowledge of the principles of healthy lifestyle. Seniors follow the principles of a healthy lifestyle by limits of their possibilities. They allow some reserves in the care of health and try to solve it. Health is more dependent on their age and their diseases. The question is how they care for their health in the past. The research revealed that women and men perceive self-management to a healthy lifestyle accordingly. Both genders tend to deal with shortcomings in the care of their health. Results of the research can help to analyze the situation of senior´s attitude to their health.
The role of the external auditor during the audit in a company in relation to ethics and risk

This thesis is focused on role of the external auditor and risks and ethical behavior during his working. During individual phases of audit auditor must pay attention to many parts to determine no misrepresentation information in financial statements. Too he checks up into questions of ethical behavioral, for example by the evaluation of contract´s risk.
The comprehensive income and its settlement in choice limited company at education

The main subject of this thesis was the processing of accounting information in order to determine the profit or loss, its settlement and finding items that affect the total amount. The issue I have applied to a private high school - Manažerská akademie, s. r. o. in Jihlava, for the financial period 2010. First it was done the annual financial statements and found profit before tax, after transformation to the tax base, tax and profit after tax. An important part it was characteristics of the items on the total amount of income. His treatment of the items, which governing the tax base to achieve minimize the tax base and the optimal level of profit, depending on the particular conditions of company´s existence.
Migration in the Czech Republic with a focus on South Region

The aim of my diploma thesis is identify factors that affect migration and assessment of impact in selected area. In this thesis I will be processing of the analysis migration population in our country. In each chapter I will be studying migration in general, including basic terminology, I will analyze the reasons for migration, I will explain ways to measure migration and also selected migration theory. Analysis of internal migration in the Czech Republic from the 90th years to the present will be conducted according to the demographic and economic indicators. I will focus on one of the region from the Czech Republic, especially on the South region, in which I will do more detailed analysis. Primarily I will be interested in migration between local territorial unit, subchapters will capture migration between districts and urban area.
A client with non specific intestinal inflammations in community care

Non specific intestinal inflammations, including Crohn´s disease and ulcerous colitis, belong to so called civilization diseases. Their cause is not completely clear. There is a common factor of both the diseases, that they attack mainly young people between 20 and 30 years of age. These diseases affect mainly physical, but also mental and social aspects of client´s lives. A client needs to have sufficient information on his/her disease and its treatment to be able to cooperate with medical staff actively and thus contribute to improvement of his/her health condition. A nurse plays an important role here as well. Nurse are those who are in permanent contact with a patient and patiens often ask them questions they would be embarrassed to ask a physician. Support of family and friends is also of great importace. Patient organizations that support and help patiens suffering from non specific intestine inflammations and also support their family members may also play an important role. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out how patiens with non specific intestine inflammations may benefit from patient associations, to find out how nurses participate in keeping the clients informed and to compile material for clients with non specific intestine inflammations. The qualitative research method was used in the practical part of the thesis. Data collection was performed by means of a semi-structured interwiew. The research sample consisted of selected clients with non specific intestine inflammations, members of IBD CROCODILE Club České Budějovice, participants of seminars of CroCus Patient Club České Budějovice and a civil association of patiens with idiopathic intestine inflammations in Prague. Case studies were elaborated upon interviews with the indiviual respondents. The case studies formed a base for categorization tables in which the most important research results were summarized. Apart from the set goals the research results showed problems the patiens and thein families have to cope with on daily basis. The disease has the most serious impact on their lives in the fields of nourishment, physical activities and travelling. The elaborated information material may be used in seminars of patient organizations, but also in classes at medical school. The research result might be published at specialized lectures and conferences.
Social - Economic Analysis of the town of Vimperk

For my bachelor thesis I chose the subject of Social -- Economic Analysis of the town of Vimperk. The objective of the document is a complete analysis of the current situation in the town. In the following chapters, I will focus on the history of the town, the structure of the inhabitants, the town's infrastructure which will include transportation, housing, education, culture, sport, business and environment. Vimperk has an attractive location due to its proximity to the German border and Sumava National Park. Therefore, I will research the level and the intensity of tourism. I will provide a questionnaire on the tourist popularity of the town with a focus on tourist satisfaction and references and suggestions for an improvement of the tourism in Vimperk. I will do a comparison of the planned projects funded by the European Union funds and their possible future utilization. At the end of my document, I will provide SWOT analysis related to the town's strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats for Vimperk including areas for the future development of the town.
