The object of civic amenities

The aim of the diploma thesis was to draw up a proposal for the project documentation for the realization of the construction of the civic amenities building and that of the sports center. The building is located in Prostějov, cadastral area Prostějov. It is a three-storey building with one underground and two above-ground floors. Across the floors there are spaces for various sports uses, technical background of the building, staff backgrounds and a café. The object is based on the base passages, the vertical structures are formed by blocks of lost formwork and ceramic cavity blocks, the ceiling structures are solved by pre-stressed ceiling panels. The roof is designed as a single-layer, flat with extensive vegetation treatment, the roofing of the roof is finished by means of atics. The project is designed with an emphasis on the layout and constructional design of the building with respect to the parties and the land plan. During the processing I tried to use modern building materials and procedures and to process the building as a functioning unit.
Fire station P3 in Hlučín

The subject of the diploma thesis is a new building of the P3 fire station in Hlučín. The facility will be used to perform the fire protection service of the population of the district fire brigade and municipal volunteer fire fighters. The fire station is designed as an isolated structure of rectangular shape, which is divided into three parts, and it is operationally and structurally interconnected. First part is partly underground two-storey administrative. The second part of the building is an exit garage and the third part forms of the technical background of the fire station. The object is designed as classic brick technology from Porotherm ceramic blocks on reinforced concrete base strips. The roof of part of fire and garage facilities is saddle, the roof of the technical background is flat.
Hotel in Giant

This master´s thesis proposes a design for a new hotel in the Giant. This master´s thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for construction. The building is located in the village Spindleruv Mlyn in sloping terrain. The object is designed from a two-way wall system, the porotherm, and the ceilings are designed as stacked also from the porotherm system. The building is a rectangular ground plan with a saddle roof and a dormer. Roof cover is designed from Tondach-baked bags and design is made of wooden elements. The perimeter walls of the underground floor will be made of concrete blocks of BS Klatovy. The internal staircase will be reinforced concrete. The elevator shaft across all floors will be fitted with an evacuation lift. The building will be insulated with a certified ETICS thermal insulation system.

This master's thesis describes the design of new object of civic amenities on the outskirts of the city of Zlín. The new building is situated in flat terrain. The building has two floors and basement. Roofing is solved by single-flat extensive green roof. The purpose of master’s thesis is to design a building for meeting and relaxation citizens from the nearby surroundings. There is one entrance lead to the object and it is accessible from the eastern boundary of the property. The whole building was designed accessible for people with reduced mobility and orientation.
Multifunctional building with health centers

The aim of this master thesis is a design of newly-built multifunctional building with a health centre in a cadaster unit of municipality of Smižany in a nascent development of apartment buildings and detached houses. It is a four-storey building, with partial basement, consisting of the basement and three above-ground storeys. On the first floor there is a small health centre with three ambulances and a pharmacy. The second and the third floor has a character of family living, where six flats are designed, and two of them are wheelchair accessible. In the basement there is localized underground garage for residents, warehouses and technical facilities of the building. Main load-bearing walls are founded by plain concrete foundation strips. Main load-bearing columns in the garage are founded by reinforced concrete foundation pads. The structural system of the basement consists of reinforced concrete load-bearing walls, columns, beams and floor slab. The structural system of the above-ground storeys consists of Porotherm clay blocks and the floor structures are designed by Porotherm ceramic fillers and beams. A roofing of the building is realized by a warm flat roof. Main entrances into the building are oriented to the north, respectively into to the west, the residential part of the building is oriented to the east, west and south.
Kindergarten

The subject of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation kindergarten. The building is situated on flat terrain in Kromeriz. This is a kindergarten consisting of two objects. SO01 building has two floors, with two departments for children and the economic part, SO02 single-storey building with one department for children. The building will be based on the footings of plain concrete C 20/25. Priming concrete slab will also unreinforced concrete C20 / 25, equipped with curry networks with a diameter of 6 mm and a mesh size of 150x150 mm. Perimeter, internal bearing partition walls and floors are designed from the system POROTHERM, the upper part of the foundations is made of shuttering blocks BEST 500x300x250 mm. The insulation system is designed BAUMIT ETICS. The horizontal structure of the ceiling is solved keramobetonovým ceiling Porotherm (POT beams and inserts MIAKO) thick. 250 mm. The staircase is designed reinforced concrete. The chimney will be built from the system SCHIEDEL ABSOLUT a ventilation shaft. The roof consists of extensive vegetation flat roof.
Pension for Seniors

This master's thesis describes the design of new pension for seniors on the outskirts of the city of Zlín. The new building is situated in flat terrain. The building has three floors and no basement. The purpose of master’s thesis is to build a building for residential flats with a special purpose, partly for residential social care and provision of health care to seniors and the nearby surroundings. The remaining part of the building consists of social, administrative and facilities. Two separate entrances lead to the object. Both are accessible from the eastern boundary of the property. Roofing is solved by single-flat roof.
Kindergarten

The subject of my thesis is a project documentation of kindergarten in the land of the municipality Litovel. It is a two - storey detached house which disposal solution meets the conditions of operation of the building – the education of children aged from three to six years. There are classes for children aged three to four years and technical support for the school in the first floor. In the second floor there are two classes, one class for children aged four to five and second class for pre - school children and children with deferred schooling. Each department has a separate entrance, which is located on the north side. The constructive design of the system is designed from the POROTHERM system. The vertical rim of the structure of the first and second floor are bricked up wiith POROTHERM 44 T Profi dimension of 248 x 440 x 249 mm. Inside walls with POROTHERM 30 Profi, a wall between the rooms, and the food servery is of POROTHERM 30 Aku Profi dimension of 247 x 300 x 249 mm and internal masonry POROTHERM 11, 5 Profi dimension 497 x 115 x 249 mm. In the object there are used SDK pre-walls and ceilings Rigips 150 mm thickness. The ceiling is ceramo-concrete POROTHERM system (carrier beams Pot and cartridge Miako) 290 mm thickness. The vertical structure are obtained from internal and external parties plaster. The roof is designed as a green roof. The windows and the front door are designed in plastic with mahogany colour. Floor coverings are designed with regard to the use or operating rooms - the ceramic floor tiles or vinyl flooring. The operation of the school on the 1 st and 2. floor is linked with monolithic staircase. The outer surface layers are equipped with mineral coloured paint. This bachelor thesis is focused on a new building of office building in Telc within Technology transfer center. The shape of the land is trapezoidal and it is located in immediate proximity of the 1st class road, Třebíčská street. There are some others buildings of varios function near – college, administrative houses, houses of production, hall of residence. Its top view is rounded, defined by four ring arcs. The building is gaining mass with its height. It is situated on the northeast side of an estate, plot of land No. 5782/1. There is a car park in front of the building. There are a space laboratory for research and development of biological stuff, spaces for administration and management and biogas plant controling centre inside. The dominant space is an entrance hall with a staircase. The staircase is solved in Part D - architectural detail.
