Evaluation of Legislative Regulations for Special Road Transport Between the Czech Republic and the Balkan Peninsula
Klvaňa, Roman ; Libertín, Josef (referee) ; Kudláček, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis is focused on analysis of the legislative regulations for special road transportation between Czech Republic and the Balkan Peninsula. In this work, special transportation stands for heavy and bulky costs that exceed the maximum limits. To carry out such transportations, following the legal standarts of each state where the intended destination is (Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo and Macedonia), is needed. The work is divided into chapters that deal with these issues and provide an overview of the legal standards which must be fulfilled in these particular states. Evaluating the Need for Truck Centres on the D1 Motorway between Prague and Brno
Spáčil, Tomáš ; Kudláček, Jaroslav (referee) ; Libertín, Josef (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with a design of truck-centres count and location near the motorway D1. This design is a result of aspects which can influent truck-centres‘ count, size and location. There are derived the aspects on the basis of calculation of freight transport intensity till the year 2030 and its concurrence to accident frequency, traffic flow regulation, and also its concurrence to management of personnel labour (AETR), means of eventual maintenance need and means of vehicles’ reparation, services for motorway attendants and finally its concurrence to possibilities of controls by public authorities and police. In order to regulate freight transport traffic flows is calculated size of parking spaces and suggested their appropriate locations.
Evaluation of Legislative Regulations for Special Road Transport between the Czech Republic and Post-Soviet Countries
Koryťák, Antonín ; Libertín, Josef (referee) ; Kudláček, Jaroslav (advisor)
he theme of this work is the issue of international transport, transport costs in implementing the dimensions and weight exceeds the maximum specified value. Emphasis is placed mainly on road safety, which is ensured by legislative provisions governing the conditions for the transport of oversized cargo. In particular, a variety of security measures such as coordination of the operation with the requirements of different organizations, or for the fees and charges for exceeding the limit size and weight. The benefit of this document will become an overview of the legal standards applicable to the various destinations (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus), for Czech carrier use. Using this information, should be provide quality transportation services for oversized shipments.
Evaluation of Legislative Regulations for Special Road Transport between the Czech Republic and North Europe
Kuře, Arnošt ; Novotný, Jiří (referee) ; Kudláček, Jaroslav (advisor)
he project evaluates legislative regulations for special road transport between the Czech Republic and Northern Europe. The main purpose of the project is to formulate a basic methodology for non-standard shipment’s transit. Work observes destination of the Czech Republic - Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. There exist differences in legislative conditions for the particularly heavy and oversized loads transport in these countries. The main objective is to evaluate these conditions and recommend utilization for Czech carriers. The thesis aims to enumerate the various national legal standards for excessive transportation and recommend implementation outputs for correct and a quick orientation in the rights and obligations during executing carriage for the Czech carriers. The basic metodology how to transport oversized loads results from this project.
Techniques of intracranial EEG processing in a model of temporal lobe epilepsy
Kudláček, Jan ; Jiruška, Přemysl
To understand the role of various limbic structures in pathophysiology of temporal role epilepsy requires understanding of its functional organization. We have developed technique of recording of spontaneous and evoked acitvity in chronic model of temporal lobe epilepsy. In addition, we created a computer programme which allows sequential processing of large data sets and analysis and quantification of spontaneous epileptic activity and evoked potentials. This programme implements various techniques of seizure, HFO and interictal discharge detection
Design of multichannel electrode for long-term recording of neocortical activity in vivo
Vlk, Pavel ; Kudláček, Jan ; Ježdík, P. ; Otáhal, Jakub ; Demeterová, Ľubica ; Čmejla, R. ; Jiruška, Přemysl
The main aim of this work was to develop new multichannel electrodes for long-term monitoring of neocortical aktivity in vivo in freely moving animals. Designed electrode implant is fabricated using 3D printing technique. We have designed efficient technique of cleaning, implant assembling and surgical implantation
Functional mapping and excitability testing of limbic structures in vivo
Kudláček, Jan ; Levčík, David ; Vlk, Pavel ; Demeterová, Ľubica ; Otáhal, Jakub ; Čmejla, R. ; Jiruška, Přemysl
We have focused on analysis of functional connectivity and excitability testing of limbic structures in vivo. Results demonstrated that stimulation of ventral commisure activates preferentially dorsal hippocampus and medial entorhinal cortex

The Analysis of Hungarian Indebtedness after 1989
Kudláček, Jan ; Petrášek, František (advisor) ; Vokoun, Marek (referee)
Hungary has struggled with budget problems throughout its post-socialist history. With knowledge of economic theory it is possible to analyze the evolution of Hungary's debt after 1989 and thus deduce its weaknesses. Populism and fiscal irresponsibility have characterized majority of Hungarian governments to some extent. Hence, the key to understanding the debt of Hungary may be found on the political level of budgetary policy. With regard to the economic situation, Hungary was forced to implement significant cost-saving measures in recent years. These measures are evaluated at the end of the work. They can be crucial not only in terms of the budgetary situation but also with respect to the perspective on the future economic development and competitiveness of the entire economy.
The Evolution of Hungarian Debt
Kudláček, Jan ; Antoš, Ondřej (advisor) ; Vebrová, Ludmila (referee)
In the world of rising public sectors, investigation of government deficits and increasing government debts is starting to be important both in theoretical economics and political reality. Hungary is one of the EU member countries with the major public debt problems. As primal cause of Hungarian debts, the trauma of revolutionary year 1956 could be accepted. Government officials began "to bribe" Hungarian citizens by many social security benefits and government expenditures which were so large that government revenues couldn't have covered them. This course led to culminating government debt in relation to ignorance of economic reality. There weren't considerable changes in this evolution even after 1989. Government debt is still the biggest macroeconomic weakness of Hungary, which financial crisis has revealed.
