Right to be Forgotten - Right to Privacy in the Internet Age Abstract The first chapter of the diploma thesis aims to identify the threats to human privacy and forgetting that were brought on by the advancements in the field of information and communication technology in the recent decades. Both privacy and forgetting have important functions in the life of the individual, as well as on the societal level. The protection of those functions, whose analysis can be found in the second chapter of the diploma thesis, is one of the basic tasks of modern, liberal and democratic societies. Unless we want to leave the evolution of our civilization up to the technological developments and their often unforeseen (and unforeseeable) consequences, it is imperative that we systematically evaluate their impact on society. Such evaluations should then serve as bases for devising regulation (both legal and non- legal) that would eliminate or at least mitigate the identified societal threats. In the context of human privacy and forgetting, one of the outcomes of such an impact assessment and regulatory consideration is the right to be forgotten. Hotel with a gym

The subject of the diploma thesis is new stand-alone hotel with a catering service and a relaxation zone including a fitness room, a table tennis room, massages and a solarium. The individual functional parts are separated and can be operated independently of each other. The Building consists of three floors. The ground floor will serve to run a restaurant with a background and a for relaxation zone, the remaining two floors will be used to accommodate guests and the necessary facilities. The maximum capacity for the accommodation is 59 people and requires four employees to operate it. The restaurant is designed for 81 guests and a total of 7 employees. The relaxation part is for guests only and is not accessible to other people. The structure is based on strip foundations from plain concrete and reinforced concrete foundation footing. Peripheral vertical load-bearing structures of the first above-ground floor are designed from permanent formwork system, all others loadbearing walls will be walled-up from vertically perforated block laid on thin-film adhesive. The floor structures are designed as an assembly of prestressed hollow core slabs. Roofing of the building will be made as a flat vegetation roof.

The influence of important local entrepreneurs on changes in landscape use: case study from municipalities Zbraslavice and Bohdaneč

This thesis titled "The influence of important local entrepreneurs on changes in landscape use: case study from municipalities Zbraslavice and Bohdaneč" is focused on the evaluation of changes in the use of the countryside after 1990. The search part briefly summarizes the data for the study and evaluation methods of land use changes values of natural capital and ecosystem services. Followed by the physical-geographical characteristics of interest area. In the practical part there are applied acquired theoretical knowledge and practices, evaluating the change of land use of the municipalities Bohdaneč and Zbraslavice in the period 1838-2013 and the change of the volume of natural capital and ecosystem services at the same territory between 1990 and 2013. On the basis of the results are formulated trends that are being discussed with local knowledge, national and global levels. It is also monitored and evaluated the effects of three local businesses to detected changes. It is concluded that the changes in land use area of interest after 1990 are positive and that due to the implementation of business plans, these changes take place much faster and stronger than reported national trends. Power of the First Generations of the Ronov Noble Family and Their Position Within Czech Mediaeval Society

Diploma thesis Power of the First Generations of the Ronov Noble Family and Their Position Within Czech Mediaeval Society was dealing with the position and power of the first three generations of the representatives of Ronov noblemen in the direct line towards Hynek from Dubá. In the prosopographical part of the thesis the lines of testimony were analysed and these proved clearly that the maximum of their court career was occurring during the reign of Wenceslaus the First. This maximum is also reflected in the other part of the thesis - which is the analysis of possession- holding. At the age of Wenceslaus the First Ronov noblemen built up a vast area of their particular possessions in Northern Bohemia and gradually they were developing colonisation of this region. Even though Ronov noble family did not take up any posts at the court, the exception is the position of Budysin administrator, they created a very tight connection to Premyslid kings due to the common childhood with Wenceslaus the First and they also supported him politically and also militarily in his inner and foreign policy. After the death of Castoslov from Zitava the position of power in the direct family line began to deteriorate, the peak of power was now for Lichtenburg family. Evaluation of extreme rainfall-runoff situations in experimental catchements in Jizerské Mts.

One of the aims of my dissertation is to evaluate extreme rainfall - runoff conditions in elected experimantal basins of Czech Hydrometeorological Institute in region of Jizerské hory in hydrometeorological period 2009. I would like to evaluate effect of different geografical conditions in particular basins in the course of one year in details analysis of individual events. I pay attention to define model territory and basic description of his physical - geographical condition in introduction of my dissertation. I describe conditions of model area detailed, because this conditions are involved in formation of extreme flowing situations. Summary of this dissertation build up base of my dissertation. Summarization of bibliography was exetuted assigned subject. I composed generate and rainfall - runoff conditions of rainfall - runoff situations in my dissertation. This teoretical knowledges were used in practical section where I showed detailed analysis of three chosen hydrological events. It regards floods, which include spring snow melting, flash flood rised to rainfall downfalls and generated rainfalls long-range character. The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is a newly bulit family house with a design office. The building consists of two main parts. Both parts have its own entrance and are not interconnected. The first part of the building, a two storey family house, is designed for a family of four. The design office is a single-storey building intended for 6 employees and an owner of the building. The structure is based on strip foundations made of plain concrete. The walls and ceilings are made of the Heluz system. The perimeter walls are insulated with ETICS mineral wool insulation composite system. The building has a flat roof with an asphalt waterproofing system.
