Název: Bezpečnostní aspekty při snowboardingu Cíle práce: Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit kompletní přehled bezpečnostních aspektů pro snowboarding a činitelů, které bezpečnost ovlivňují. Metoda: Při zpracování diplomové práce jsme použili metodu analýzy dokumentů, která se zabývá danou problematikou. Výsledky: V diplomové práci jsme se pokusili shromáždit všechny bezpečnostní aspekty, které snowboarding ovlivňují. Vytvořili jsme tak souhrnný přehled důležitých bezpečnostních faktorů a souvisejících rizik při snowboardingu. Comparison of Cross-Country Skiing Training in the Czech Republic and in Norway

Title: Comparison of Cross-Country Skiing Training in the Czech Republic and in Norway Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis was to gain information about Norwegian nordic skiers' training and to compare it with the preparation of nordic skiers in the Czech Republic. The possibility of applying Norwegian training methods to the Czech Republic was considered with relation to local conditions. Methods: The methods of questionnaire, observation and content analysis were used in the diploma thesis. Results: The evaluation and comparison of the questionnaire data were illustrated in tables and charts. The evaluation of observations and training documentation in the Czech team Olfin Car - Vella Trutnov and the Norwegian team Holmen IF Langrenn. Comparison of training preparation skibobbers and skiers in Jablonec nad Jizerou

Title of the thesis: Characterization of training of skibobbers in Jablonec nad Jizerou Aim of the thesis: The aim of the thesis is to characterize a training plan throughout a whole year, to learn the training difficulties during various periods and to show differences and similarities with training plans of skiers. Methods: Search of literature focused on training of skiers a learning of biomechanical aspects of ski-driving. There is a very few pieces of literature dealing with skibobs. Therefore most of the information is gain from trainers in Jablonec nad Jizerou, especially from the current representation trainer. The training plans of skier and skibobber are completed from available sources (interview, notes). Training analysis and their differences were done by deductive analysis. Results: Characterization of training units of skibobber and skier is very similar. The differences were found in training composition where in case of a skibobber there is more emphasis laid on strengthening his or her arms. This kind of training is also more frequent than in case of a skier. Thanks to more bicycles training and motion activities for strengthening arms. Název práce: Charakteristika lyžařského orientačního běhu Anglický název práce: Ski Orienteering characterization Cíle práce: Celkový popis sportovní disciplíny lyžařský orientační běh. Metodické zpracování problematiky přípravy v lyžařském orientačním běhu se zaměřením na specifické tréninkové prostředky tohoto sportu. Metody: Práce byla vypracována s pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu. Jednalo se o zpracování velkého množství informací, které byly získány pomocí analýzy objevených dokumentů, neformálních rozhovorů a práce s internetem. Výsledky: Přispěly k porozumění zvláštností sportovního tréninku této disciplíny a k celkovému popisu méně známého sportu. Title: Kiteboarding Work objective: A comprehensive paper on kiteboarding theme based on literature and internet sources analysis as well as personal experience. Method: This thesis was done by document analysis. In search for relevant information and their following development was used mainly the method of content analysis. Results: Information concerning kiteboarding has been collected to create a complete view of issues covering kiteboarding from history over development to styles and forms as an essential manual including necessary equipment together with meteorology and safety measures. Title Development and trend popularity of skiing and snowboarding. Main objective The main objective of this study was to explore the current situation in skiing and snowboarding trends. To try to predict where this winter sports industry is going to. Methods For my research I chose the method of questionnaire. Results were collected and statistically processed in the program called Google forms. Questionnaire contained 16 questions intended for respondents who are active skiers or snowboarders, or both. The questions were designed to allow only one answer or multiple choice. The survey was stored in electronic form on the website www.google.com, where they have accumulated a total of 1,095 questionnaires. 83 of them were obtained through personal contact and subsequently entered into the program. Mainly used the methods of this bachelor thesis are methods of analysis, induction, deduction, synthesis and questioning. The results The research results show that not only skiing, but also very modern snowboarding already has its culminating phase behind and slowly loses its supporters. Title: Draft of the coach manual for skicross coaches Objetives: The aim of the diploma thesis is to create draft of the coach manual for skicross. Draft containing a methodological procedure for the acquisition of specific technical aspects in the discipline of skicross, draft of a training concept and introduction to the historical development of the discipline and to its rules. Methods: There was used the method of critical analysis of the documents. Then data from the author's experiences who was the coach in this discipline. And data obtained from interviews with selected respondents. Results: The result of the thesis is the draft of a comprehensive methodology and clarification of specific technical aspects for this discipline. Furthermore, the introduction to the long-term training concept and the periodization of the training process of this discipline. This thesis also presents the characteristics of this discipline, its historical development and rules. Conclusion: The draft of the methodology together with the draft of a long-term training concept will serve as a basis for the creation of a comprehensive coaching manual in the future. Title: In-line skating training methodology for the preschool children Objectives: The aim of this work was to create a methodology for teaching inline skating to preschool children, mainly in the form of games. Methods: The literary recherche and the empiricism were used in this thesis. The theoretical part was written based on the literary recherche and contains essential information regarding the in-line skating, history of this sport and information regarding the development regularities in the preschool age. The empiricism and the literary recherche particularly are combined in the practical part. Individual games and exercises were created based on my empiricism obtained during the teaching of the in-line skating of the preschool children. Results: Composition of the simple methodology plan of the in-line skating training in the form of a game. Selected preparatory exercises and games shall the children tackle without major issues. The thesis contains following simple steps - falls, standing up, postures and basics of the ride forward and backward. All these movement skills can be developed in the form of a game. The analysis of interest in cross-country skiing during the coronavirus crisis

Title: The analysis of interest in cross-country skiing during the coronavirus crisis Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to analyze the visitors of cross-country skiing in Bedřichov, located in the Jizera Mountains, during the Covid-19 crisis. Methods: The main source of information for this thesis was acquired through a questionnaire form completed by the residents of Bedřichov Village in the Jizera mountains. The results revealed the coronavirus impact on the interest in cross country skiing. Results: Based on the questionnaire responses, an analysis of data was conducted from which an overview of individual questionnaire items was created. The overview results assisted in evaluating and verifying a total of 4 hypotheses previously established. 15 respondents participated in this process and their responses helped to verify such hypotheses. Conclusion: The results of analysis data confirmed all estabilished hypotheses. The main hypothesis was also confirmed, that is the interest in cross-country skiing had increased during coronavirus crisis due to the government measures.
