Bachelors thesis which was elaborated in the frame of the bachelor’s studies branch 2307 submitting the technology project and layout of the holder. Component are produced from material 11 321 using of undermentioned literature pursuit a problem of the select material, sheet metal cutting and bending which was designed by cutting with processual tool and bending tool. At designed cutter and bending was used of standardised components. Project organization of production is designed so, to keep up produce of requisite series in a year.

PERUTKA, Michal. The draft layout of technology and production of holder. Thesis of the Bachelor´s studies, 3rd year, academic year 2008/2009, education group 3P1. The project solved in the framework of Bachelor´s studies presents a proposal of the technology and production arrangement of a holder – piece of steel 11 320.0. The estimated series production is 1 000 000 pieces ar year. The thesis describes the manufacturing operations sheet metal cutting, bending and surface treatment. Processual cutting tool used standardized parts and should be treated as a simple assembly clamped to the press LENR 40-A (manufacturer ŠMERAL Trnava, Slovakia with a nominal shearing force 400 kN), which is also used for the bending operation realized on a simple bending tool, clamped also in the form of a stand in the same kind of press.

Precision blanking of components

The project elaborated in frame of bachelor's study programme B2341–3 is submitting literary pursuit of technologies production of the fineblanking components. This thesis is concerned with a problem of the fineblanking in mass production, concretely development, principle, technological direction, tools, presses and cost-effectiveness of fineblanking. The thesis was also compared differences between conventional stamping and fineblanking. Methods suitable for small-lot production are described only marginally.

Forming Technology of Thin Sheets

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with technology of mechanical working of the sheetmetals by cutting for rotary and non-rotary single parts. The first part deal with common dissertation about surface mechanical working, mainly about cutting and meaning of cutting gap in accordance with final cutting. The second part deals with transfer of the new pieces of knowledge from foreign technical literature of surface mechanical working. In the last part there is done an aplication on the particular component.

Injection moulding

This Bachelor´s thesis is focused on construction forms for injection of thermoplastic matters. The technology for plastic products production is technology that participate more and more in production of all sorts of products - from technical components over kitchenware after as much as toys. Main part of this thesis is focused on description of the injection valve, ejector, annealing and ventilation system forms for injection with the main structural principles.

Cutting components with higher accuracy to size

The project elaborated within scope of the Bachelor study´s discipline B2307-00, put suggestions of the component, cutting production by cutting from constructing alloyed steel sheet 12010. The fineblanking was designed on the basis of the component cutting with the higher precision study and calculating. The tool has a moving punch and hard V-ring plate. The tool is designed for locating in the special press SCHMID HSR 100, with 1 000KN nominal force.

Production single parts from thermoplastic

The project elaborated in frame of engeneering studies branch 2307. The project is submitting a design for production technology for a plastic part- bottom end of table leg made of polyamid Pa- 6. Pursuant to the literary pursuit of the problem production issues on the technical plastic segments by the technology of the injecting of a plastic into the mould (by injection mould technology). In the first part devision and identification of plastic materials are described. In the next part technological parameters and a design of the manufacturing machine and tool, including a drawing documentation, are determined. In the conclusion a simple calculation of the production costs is carried out.
