Draft Lean Manufacturing Using ICT Products to Ensure Quality
Shchochenko, Anastasiia ; Petřík, Tomáš (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The subject of the master’s thesis is the implementation of ICT product in logistic department of enterprise which uses the lean production. The current situation is analyzed the analysis of enterprise economic status is provided and Lean Manufacturing-oriented logistics ICT products are described. The two leading ICT products which could help to optimize the logistics processes are compared, the system requirements and bottlenecks expected are determined.
Approximation function implementation into PIC microprocessor
Petřík, Tomáš ; Sysel, Petr (referee) ; Šmirg, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the implementation of approximation function into the PIC microprocessor. Thesis is focused on microprocessor architecture and analysis of approximation functions. Then for actual implementation is chosen the method of least squares, and because of its relative simplicity and accuracy in comparison with other methods. Microcontroller is using the A/D converter to measure the dependence of non-linear system, which is connected to the microprocessor. Measure the voltage on a logarithmic potentiometer, which represents non-linear system, depending on the position of the slider track resistance. Then, using the method chosen microprocessor calculates the characteristic non-linear system. The measured values are compared with the theoretical, calculated the chosen method. The values measured, and their theoretical difference is then displayed on the display, connected to the microprocessor. In conclusion, then discuss the results together with the possibility of further developing this work.
Construction technology project of storage hall
Petrík, Tomáš ; Kopecký, Lukáš (referee) ; Diaz, Yvetta (advisor)
In this diploma thesis is processed build-up organization of logistics centre in Ostrava. The build-up organization covers the implementation of ground works, foundation constructions and precast concrete framework. Storage hall of logistics centre is based on drilled concrete piles and precast concrete framework makes up main structure. Construction technology project contains time-schedule and financial plan for whole project, time-schedule of construction works, budget, technological standard for precast concrete framework, design of building site accessories, design of machine group, safety plan, check and test plan.
The pavilion in the zoo Lešná
Petrík, Tomáš ; Puchner, Josef (referee) ; Šmak, Milan (advisor)
The subject of the diploma thesis is a processed design of a steel construction of a pavilion shaped by spherical segments. The pavilion has exhibition purpose as a part of the zoological garden Lešná, and is intended for African beasts. The design meets architectonical requests - roundness and luminosity. A shape of the pavilion consists of three intersecting cupolas with a frontal curved cut out for glass facade. Construction of the pavilion consists of the radial arranged arched ribs with transversal bars, which are supplemented by horizontal purlins. Forehead of the pavilion is formed by columns and girts. Cladding is designed in combination: aluminum profile and insulated glass. Comparison of alternative steel structure solutions is also a part of the diploma thesis.
Creating Logistics Concepts in the Selected Company
Kočířová, Jitka ; Petřík, Tomáš (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
This diploma thesis focuses on the optimization of inventory control in a manufacturing company. Basic information about stocks and their possible kind of analysis are presented in the context of theoretical approaches. There was to introduce a production company and its products. Finally, based on the analysis of stocks, especially the production of components and their suppliers are designed ways of managing and storing supplies, which should contribute to the reduction of the stocks and the consequent reduction in costs.
The Study of Purchasing Management for Implementation of New Production
Hajdová, Lenka ; Petřík, Tomáš (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
A theme of the diploma work "The study of purchasing management for implementation of new production" is a suggestion for improving the purchasing operations for newly lauching production in the company IFE-CR, a.s. The first part is focused on a description of the company and a theoretical specification of purchasing of a manufactoring company, the second part deals with an analysis of the current state of purchasing in the company. In the last part there is a suggestion for steps of how to improve the current purchasing functions.
Modern cryptanalysis
Petřík, Tomáš ; Morávek, Patrik (referee) ; Martinásek, Zdeněk (advisor)
Issues of this thesis are focused on side-channel cryptanalysis. Particularly attention is paid to differential power analysis, when is simulated an attack on the cryptographic module for different conditions and for different structural features of this module. As the cryptographic module is used a PIC microcontroller, which is operating with AES symmetric encryption algorithm. For this purpose, a design of experimental printed circuit board was created. Then, this PCB was equipped only with the necessary components for the function of the cryptographic module. Cryptanalysis is aimed on current consumption of crypto module that is caused by execution of AddRoundKey instructions. Power consumption of PIC microcontroller is measured in depending on the size of power supply voltage, size of serial resistor, size of bypass capacitor, and this thesis also examines the influence of ambient temperature on power consumption of PIC. The measured values are graphically presented and then discussed.
Volba databázového systému na základě požadavků projektu IS/ICT
Petřík, Tomáš ; Chlapek, Dušan (advisor) ; ing. Drahomír Chocholatý, MBA (referee)
Aim of this work is to make a methodic to support a decision which database system is the most suitable for the IS/ICT project. At first, some database systems are being described and it’s being shown, how to compare their performance. Then there is a chapter about database migration and finally the chapter describing particular factors of making a decision which database system is the best option. Those factors are summarized at the end of a chapter. This work is based on resources literature and my experience during my studies and practice. I tried to describe a process which was, in my own opinion, the best eventuality to solve a problem to make a choice which database system is the most suitable.
Software support for project management, proposal and implementation of solution according to IT company requirements
Petřík, Tomáš ; Chlapek, Dušan (advisor) ; Kvasňa, Roman (referee)
This diploma thesis focuses at first on COBIT and CMMI for Development methodics from a software project management support point of view. Based on those methodics is a current state of processes and software support analysis performed in unmentioned real IT company and list of necessary changes is created. This thesis also contains overview of chosen open-source tools supporting project management and describes benefits of using them in combination. Crucial part is about implementation of those selected tools, changes performed in processes and in current tailor made application. Before and after changes is process maturity state assigned based on used methodics. At the end is described verification of achieved results based on pilot operation of updated processes, and new or updated software tools for its support.
