Customer Relationship Management during the project of implementation of SAP systems

The bachelor's thesis is monitoring the procedure of the project of implementation of SAP systems by the project team of company Hewlett Packard. The project is divided into few phases, which are being operated on the basis of the standard methodology ASAP. The emphasis is placed on the work of the project team during the particular phases, whereas the communication with customers and their involvement in the project is a very important part of those phases. The main goal of that thesis is to understand the procedure of the project and its main steps. The thesis can offer the insight into complicated business projects which are very topical nowadays and which are being managed by two large prominent companies, by the American technology giant Hewlett Packard and by the German software maker SAP AG.

I tried to show the biggest differencies between corporate organisation and non-for profit organisation. Whole model was applied on local committee of non-for profit organisation

Informační systémy ve společnosti Radiant Systems

Diplomová práce se zabývá informačními systémy v organizaci z pohledu jejich významu, architektury a způsobu měření efektivity informačního systému. Hlavní důraz práce je kladen na vyhodnocení informačního systému jako prostředku podpory hlavních a vedlejších procesů organizace. Pro toto hodnocení je využito aplikace metody Quality Functional Deployment (QFD), která umožňuje identifikovat nesoulad mezi existujícími systémy a požadavky jednotlivých firemních procesů. Tato práce též vyzdvihuje význam některých systémů, které hrají důležitou roli v organizacích působících na poli vývoje software.
