Deployment of SIP Server at the FIT for IP Telephony
Hýbner, Lukáš ; Ráb, Jaroslav (referee) ; Matoušek, Petr (advisor)
Master's Thesis is engaged on possibilities connect SIP server to telephone network on FIT. The main reason is that employees can call to university, when they are out of faculty. For resolution we will use SIP server Asterisk, which will be serving as authorization server for users. Next Asterisk will ensure transmission numbers to SIP address with ENUM. In the practical part we will verify the functionality.
Quality Analysis of VoIP Calls
Basel, Martin ; Ryšavý, Ondřej (referee) ; Matoušek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis focuses on methods for evaluating quality of VoIP calls. You can read about analysis of RTP/RTCP packets and use this knowledge for computing statistics required for assessing quality of VoIP calls. Also, I explain the method, which is implemented in plugins that work in FlowMon probe. Finally, you will see the results compared to the other programs.
Design and Implementation of Generic VoIP Exchange Using Functional Programming
Kidoň, Marek ; Ryšavý, Ondřej (referee) ; Matoušek, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of generic exchange. As an implementation language was selected Erlang mainly because of its positive features with respect to a telephony software. Thesis also talks about declarative programming, Erlang language, its particular properties, advantages and disadvantages. The resulting software is called the Generic Exchange and its funcionallity is demonstrated on a few simple examples. In the end of the thesis are summarized the results and Generic Exchange design is compared with the design of Asterisk exchange.
Remote Management of Unix Router with XMPP/Jabber Protocol
Bezdíček, Lukáš ; Matoušek, Petr (referee) ; Kašpárek, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis concerns designing and implementing a modular client for XMPP/Jabber protocol intended for interpreting commands for the OpenWrt operating system. My work contains information about XMPP/Jabber protocol and OpenWrt operation system and describes the process of designing and implementing the client.
Programming of Networking Applications on Different Platforms
Vach, Martin ; Čejka, Rudolf (referee) ; Matoušek, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is compare the network communication protocols and their implementations on different platforms. In the work are described the used communication protocols and the possibilities of their implementation in different programming languages. There are described procedures for implementation of network communication on the demonstration application and testing of these implementations. Based on the results of testing, are the communication protocols and their implementations compared.
Detecting Network Management Applications Using AppFlow
Navrátil, Luboš ; Grégr, Matěj (referee) ; Matoušek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the network application detection, using AppFlow in order to obtain information about a monitored network. The main goal of the thesis is to create plugin for FlowMon device that is made by INVIA-TECH. The plugin should provide a functionality for the detection of a network application and it should be also capable of exporting the detected information using the IPFIX protocol.
Identity Detection in TCP/IP Architecture
Holkovič, Martin ; Matoušek, Petr (referee) ; Polčák, Libor (advisor)
This work deals with detection of users within computer networks on different layers of the TCP/IP architecture. These identities are identified by protocols running on the appropriate layers of the given architecture. PPPoE and SLAAC protocols were chosen as protocols that are used for network layer address assignments. The second type of protocol is the application protocol SMTP. We analysed communication using the chosen protocols in order to create metadata about the corresponding communication. The results of the analysis are finite state machines. Based on these finite state machines, software for legal interception was designed and implemented. Implemented software was tested on samples of data, in a specialized laboratory, and in a production network.
Modelling of Distance-Vector Routing Protocols
Trhlík, Jiří ; Matoušek, Petr (referee) ; Veselý, Vladimír (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the implementation of the RIPng routing protocol in the OMNeT++/INET environment. It describes the RIPng protocol and its specifics on the Cisco devices. It clarifies important concepts such as IPv6 and distance-vector routing protocols. The thesis also describes the OMNeT++ environment and the INET Framework, where it focuses on the current status of implementation of the components required for the RIPng protocol integration.
Compiler of State Diagram Language to CHILL Language
Goldmannová, Zuzana ; Matoušek, Petr (referee) ; Ryšavý, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deals with the grammar of an existing proprietary state diagram language, which is used to simulate state diagrams employed in telephone exchanges. The goal of this work is to analyze the grammar and existing compiler of this language to CHILL language and also to design and implement a new compiler. This new compiler will be easier to manage and will eliminate errors and imperfections of the current arrangement. Finally this compiler is tested using existing files, that were formerly created for the current compiler, and also using files I created for testing purposes.
Extended Functionality of Honeypots
Následne popisuje rozdelení typů honeypotu a ich charakteristiky. Další část je věnován obeznámení nástrojů CONPOT a GLASTOPF. Cílem práce je navrhnút a implementovat rozšíření těchto nástrojů zaměrem ich vylepšení. Součástí popisů jednotlivých rozšíření je představení a analýza problému, implementace a testování navrhnutých rozšíření. Použití rozšíření poskytují užívatelům těchto honeypotů zvýšenú bezpečnost a širší okruh využití. V závěre jsou popsány možnosti dalšího rozšíření.
