Flasarová, Klára ; Pavlů, Dagmar (advisor) ; Kubový, Petr (referee)
Title of the master thesis: The evaluation of the effect of yoga asanas on the position of the pelvis Abstract in English language: The aim of this paper is to verify the influence of exercise-specific assemblies of yogic asanas on the position of the pelvis in the sagittal plane, as another parameter, we chose the change in extension of the spine in a plane sagittal. The two-month exercise program is compiled so that it can affect the length and tension of the major muscles, having an effect on the position of the pelvis and correct its excessive anteversion, or retroversion. The content of the exercise program is supported by the theoretical background from the fields of anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics, and also from the field of yogic theory and practice. The exercise was conducted once a week in groups (90 minutes), under the guidance of a physiotherapist and on the form of autotherapy in an abbreviated version (about 16 minutes) six times a week. The exercise group comprised young people (n=12) aged 20-30 years without any known structural deformities axial body or a serious functional deficit of the locomotive body. The measurements have been carried out in the laboratory of biomechanics using 3D kinematic analysis system Qualisys. The results indicate that the exercise of yoga asanas has...

Impact of gear and weaponry on muscle activation in the direct front kick
Oláh, Vladan ; Vágner, Michal (advisor) ; Kubový, Petr (referee)
Title: The influence of equipment and arms on skeletal muscles activities while practising direct kick. Aim: The aim of this thesis was to find out the influence of carried equipment and arms on the activity of skeletal muscles when a direct front kick is being practised. The methods used: This thesis has an empirically observational character. Muscular activities were measured by means of surface electromyography synchronised by Qualisys screen system. To obtain statistic data, a t-test has been used, requiring 5 % significance level. Results: While carrying a 15-kilogram load, the activity of skeletal muscles was not significantly reduced when performing a direct front kick. However, a 30- kilogram load caused a substantial reduction of skeletal muscular activities during the kick described above. After adding a 15-kilogram bag to another 15 kilograms in the form of a body armour, a helmet and arms, the muscular activity changed its features in a considerable way. Furthermore, most respondents proved 45-kilogram load to be over their limit. The equipment and arms of that weight led to the summation action potential, exceeding the power- coordinative functional reserve, and thus the deformation of the direct front kick technique. Keywords: close combat, EMG, equipment, arms, direct front kick
Effect of physiotherapy in respiratory diseases during healing stays

Title: Methodological detection solution scaffolds response to mechanical stress, depending on the degree of hydration Objectives: Determining the extent of lateral deformation u scaffolds made of PVA polymer electrospinning technique. Identify the extent of differences in transverse deformation for different groups of nanofiber scaffolds made of PVA polymer electrospinning technique. Methods: Research scaffolds, we used a measuring device μ-tester, which has two jaws. For the measurement, we chose uniaxial tension test in -tester and record the fluorescence microscope was used with HD camera Olympus 320 for online video recording. Results: The results of this study showed that the ratio of the samples U: L and crosslinking time affects the degree of lateral deformation of the samples scaffolds. Samples scaffolds are compressible, some groups even reached the limits of incompressibility 0.5 Poisson's ratio. Keywords: Poisson, Poisson's ratio, scaffold, nanofiber scaffold, scaffold hydrated, electrospun scaffold, lateral deformation

Title: The influence of pharmacological substances from the SYSADOA group on knee osteoarthritis. Objectives: The aim of this work is to determine the effect of three - month usage of pharmacological substances from the SYSADOA group on the subjective perception of the difficulties associated with the knee osteoarthritis and on the reological changes in the joint. Methods: In collaboration with rehabilitation and orthopedic centres 18 probands with knee osteoarthritis in the second degree were obtained. These probands were divided into two groups - the experimetal group (including those who have taken Proenzi 3 plus) and the control group (including those who have taken placebo). With all the pacients the input clinical examination and the medical history were done. Probands had been using these preparations for twelve weeks. After this time, the changes in the subjective perception using the WOMAC test and reological changes in the joint were evaluated, using a special knee rheometer. Results: The results of objectively measured parameters clearly proved that the Proenzi 3 plus has a positive effect on the rheological properties of the knee osteoarthritis. The experimental group had a statistically significant improvement in both of these parameters, as opposed to the control group. Concerning...
