The vibrodiagnostic system VDS-UT2 for the investigation of a tram wheel operational vibration and deformation
Pešek, Luděk ; Vaněk, František ; Balda, Miroslav ; Procházka, Pavel ; Vaněk, Petr ; Cibulka, Jan ; Bula, Vítězslav
The system consists of both measuring, acquisition and processing tools for monitoring of tram wheel and wheel set operational parameters,e.g.static and dynamic deformation, displacement, velocity, acceleration and temperature. The measuring on the rotating wheel is realized both by telemetric and by time difference system. Measured data can be remote observed via internet connection with the control PC. Tha acquisition system by Starmans s.r.o provides continuous analog and digital data collection. The control PC processes digital logical signals and evaluates time intervals representing circumferential turning angles between disk and rim. In the contribution the diagnostic system is described and the measured data with damage analysis are presented.
Vibrodiagnostic systems for dynamic parameter measurement of rotating parts in power industry
Vaněk, František ; Pešek, Luděk ; Procházka, Pavel ; Vaněk, Petr ; Cibulka, Jan
This contribution deals with description of two bladed wheel vibrodiagnostic systems. The radiotelemetric system has been handed over to a technical practice. The kinematic system being developed is aimed at evaluation of torsion and flexural vibration of rotating shafts and blades. Results of flexural vibration of the steam turbine bladed disk will be presented. The blade displacement dependence on backpressure will be discussed.

Variable excitation forces evoke a rotor blade vibration at jet engines. For description of the blade vibrations, parameters such as modes, frequencies and amplitudes, are evaluated in different operational regimes of engines. Since the operational forces are not fully known and mechanical parameters of the blades changes during sirvece the vibrodiagnostic measuring system VDS.IT was developed in IT AS CR. This system can be used for long-term measurement of vibration of all free-ended blades of rotors. Since the latest development of shrouded blades this system has been modified and fully tested in the Experimental laboratory of Škoda Power, Plzeň. The changes and results are discussed in this contribution.
