Transformations of women?s legal capacity in European countries in the second half of twentieth century.

The subject of this bachelor thesis, ?Transformations of women?s legal capacity in European countries in the second half of twentieth century?, is induced abortion in European countries in the second half of twentieth century. The objective is to observe the continuous modifications of the forms of induced abortion during the given period. In the first section, basic attitudes towards the unwanted pregnancy and its induced interruption, its transformation since antiquity to the modern period, and Pro-Life together with Pro-Choice groups are stressed. Furthermore, 'abortion tourism' as well as the abortion committee operating in the area of Czechoslovakia are discussed. The second section of the thesis describes the detailed characteristics of resolving pregnancy interruption issues in the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, and Great Britain in the second half of the twentieth century. These continuous transformations are finally summarized in terms of other European countries.

The Poet and his Time. The Arts of Social Critics in Reiner Kunze's Works

The theme of this dissertation is the social criticism of totalitarian regime in chosen texts of a significant East German dissents´ representative and writer Reiner Kunze, which are usually marked as socio-critical. The issue deals with the essays Die Wunderbaren Jahre and then collections Sensible Wege and Zimmerlautstärke and the poem Die Mauer. The main objective of this dissertation is to examine the forms of literary criticism from the lexical, stylistic and thematic point of view. The theoretical background is created by the list of historical milestones of the existence of Democratic Republic of Germany and deals with the impact of these events on literature. In the following part of this dissertation the functional authors´ biography is presented; including a brief characteristic of his connections with Czechoslovakian unofficial cultural scene. The chapters of the analytical part occupy with chosen literary works. The criticism of the totalitarian regime is substantiated in particular text quotations.

This work is intent on an analysis of problems of burdening situations and the ´burn-out´ syndrome of the concrete group of state emloyees - the middlemen of occupation in The Bureau of Labour. It searches for the sources of the load and it investigates an effect of these factors on a possible rise of the ´burn-out´ syndrome.

Accounting of self-governing territorial units since 2010

This bachelor thesis deals with accounting of self-governing territorial units from 2010 onwards, after the start of the accounting reform of public finances. There is characterized non-profit sector in the work and the role of self-governing territorial units in it. A separate chapter is devoted to accounting reform, because an accounting of self-governing territorial units is built on it from 2010. The reform completely changes the view on public accounting. The last part focuses on examples of bookkeeping of selected areas, particularly those that have changed the most compared to previous years. These are transfers, reserves, depreciation of fixed assets, adjustments and closing the books.
