On the basis of these findings will be chosen and recommended information system, which would be the most fit and beneficial to the company. This information system will be evaluated and his implementation to workday operations of the company will be proposed.

Re-certication Audit of the Integrated Management System

My main intention of this thesis is to describe the preparation for the re-certification audit of the integrated management system in the way someone else except for me has a benefit from my experience in this area. I will depict which actions have to be done, what, when and how it has to be checked. In all parts, not just in the project one, I will try to integrate some advices into the text, e.g. how the internal auditors should behave. As this thesis is finished after the end of the audit, I will be able to strike a balance of my proposals according to the results of the audit.

Modelling of the Gear Pump Manufacturing

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis and optimization of production lines of the gear pump components. Specifically, it is pre-production, ie a production line for machining gears and production line for machining of bodies. These two components are then assembled on the assembly line. The creation of a simulation model in the Tecnomatix Plant Simulation program, which corresponds to the real state of production lines, is used for optimization. The simulation model is then used to perform the proposed experiments in order to optimize production lines and select the ideal solution with respect to the selected objectives.

This bachelor’s thesis is aimed on process optimization in hotel services. The solution is focused on processes related with accommodation assured by hotel reception, which lead to elimination of routine activities, the elimination of data duplication and their digitalization. The thesis is divided into three parts, which are devoted to theoretical delimination, analysis and process improvement.

This bachelor’s thesis describes the proposals of the production planning support in the company VMT Ecopack Ltd. The proposals are based on detailed analysis of production planning process in relation to the pre-production stage and operational production control. The proposals are built on theoretical knowledge of process management, methods of planning and implementation process of the information system. The proposals should lead to efficient use of production sources.

Software Support of Enterprise Processes

The subject of this thesis is primarily design methodology for planning and traffic management. It is based on the real needs of company CAD Blansko and analyzing company processes and capture their support in the corporate ERP system. Next pat is detailed analysis focusing on dispatching of passenger transport. Based on the findings and conclusions of this section are outlined deficiencies, especially the need for a methodology for resource planning and specifications of that methology. To which is directly connected with the extensive design of the required design methodology and its software support, change is taken into account current business processes. It is also recommended procedure of the implementation methodology using appropriate project management tools. The final part is testing of methodology.
