The Change of Small Company Management System

The master‘s thesis deals with the change of management system of chosen company. The main aim of this thesis is to chose suitable analyses, to execute an analysis of present state and to sugest a management system according to managerial functions. The main outcomes of this thesis are proposals and recommendations of management system which should improve a position of the company at the market and improve a situation inside this company.

This thesis compares the production of two different material variants identical schodnicového stairs. For both material options are set production times two technologies. First production technology uses only purpose woodworking machines. The second technology, some operations performed on CNC machines. Use the tables are compiled chronologically manufacturing operations with a specific time needed to produce a given element stairs. The work also includes the determination of material consumption.
Regulation of Electronic Communications

The purpose of my diploma thesis is to determine whether regulation of fixed access electronic communications networks, as defined by the European regulatory framework, leads in Czech market to its objectives to be reached and possibly discuss the reasons for failure. For this purpose diploma thesis analyzed the development of two relevant markets focusing on competition in fixed telecommunications services. The work shows that the purpose of regulation is not completely filled, because there is no reduction in market share of incumbent at both markets. However, it is only because of settings of regulation. However, from the perspective of the end customer, competitive market exists. Author in the end proposes own solution to the problem in the form of deregulation of access obligation.
The European Monetary Integration and the Czech Republic

By accessing the EU the Czech Republic committed to joining the euro area and adopting the single European currency, the euro, after meeting certain criteria as required by the EU legislation. The main aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyse the integration process and readiness of the Czech Republic regarding the adoption of the single currency and the entry into the euro area. Starting with a brief history of the process of monetary integration into the EU from its initiation to forming the Economic and Monetary Union. The pivotal part of my paper focuses on the assessment of achieving the 'convergence criteria' (or 'Maastricht criteria') and the real economic convergence of the Czech Republic to the euro area. The next part of my paper concentrates on the technical and institutional preparations mainly with the National Coordination Group for Euro Introduction and its activities. The approved single-step change to euro is also mentioned. The cost/benefit analysis of the entry into the monetary union is being discussed in the conclusion of my paper.
