The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to solve technological stage of rough superstructure of warehouse hall in Přibyslav village. Bachelor thesis contains technical report of rough superstructure, transport routes, draft of site facilities and technical report of site facilities, itemized budget, timetable of works and proposal for machinery assembly required for rough superstructure phase. Thesis solves prefabricated system, and contains technical note for this system, inspection and test plan for prefabricated system and time and economic comparsion of heavy assembly by two different machine assemblies. Also, a part of the thesis is managing of work safety issues on the construction site and risks.
Multifunctional building Mlýnská - gross substructure

The content of this bachelor thesis is preparation of realization of gross substructure of multifunctional building Mlýnská in built-up area of Brno city. The work deals with the technical report on the structural and technological project construction, technical report construction site equipment and solution broader transport relations, including drawings. It also includes design mechanical assembly, time schedule, item budget and calculation of building. One of the main topic is technological prescription for the implementation process of the monolithic structures using white tank principle and related inspection and check plan. Traffic solution is important part of this work also.
Implementation of the rough substructure of the emergency building of the Faculty Hospital Brno

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a solution of the rough substructure of the emergency building of the Faculty Hospital Brno. The thesis deals with the technological regulation for foundation constructions, with other topics including an inspection-check plan, a time schedule and an item budget. In addition, this work includes the coordination site-layout of the construction with wider transport relations, mechanical assembly, the principles of the organization of the construction and occupational safety and health risks. Finally this thesis contains several schemes for the implementation of individual structures and the energy performance of buildings.
Construction preparation of a residential building Kluchova - Brno, Nový Lískovec

The diploma thesis is dedicated to the project of preparing the realization of an apartment building on Kluchova Street in the Brno-Nový Lískovec district. The content of this work is the technological regulations for underground construction carried out using the so-called white bath and vegetation roof, for which an inspection and test plan, a time and financial plan-object plan, a time plan for rough construction and an itemized budget for rough construction are drawn up. It also includes the coordination situation with broader relationships of transport routes, the design of main machine assemblies, construction site equipment, principles of construction organization and safety and health protection at work with a focus on the main risks arising from construction. As part of the work, several appendices are developed, such as an assessment of the main lifting device, a proposal for LEED measures, an assessment of the necessary costs for the establishment and operation of the site equipment, a noise study of the site equipment and an assessment of the white tub/lost formwork structure.

The purpose of this bachelor’s thesis is solving of rough superstructure technological stage of funeral hall in Jevišovka village. Content of this thesis is technical report of rough superstructure stage, solving transport routes and its points of interest, draft of site facilities including its technical report, itemized budget, timetable of works for rough superstructure and suggestion of machinery assembly for this stage. Thesis then focuses on sandwich walls, for which it’s managing technological note and inspection and test plan. Also, part of the thesis is managing of work safety issues on the construction site and elaboration of own task for topic of comparing time limit and economical side of concreting first floor by two different machinery assemblies.

The work includes a technical report, site plan with broader transportation connections, bill of quantities, technological specification focusing on skeleton assembly, construction organization solution, schedule and workforce graph, machinery layout proposal, inspection and testing plan for the prefabricated skeleton assembly phase, safety and health plan for the construction site, budget for the specific phase, details of connections for the prefabricated structure and enclosure, and transport scheme.
Preparation of realization of the monolithic skeleton VilaPark Olomouc

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the technological stage of the rough construction of the E4 residential building, which is being built as part of the staged construction of VilaPark Tabulový Vrch Olomouc. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete wall system with a total of three above-ground floors. The building has a regular shape, the load-bearing walls are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The ceilings are slabs, also made of monolithic reinforced concrete. As part of the resolved stage, a technological prescription for monolithic constructions, a time schedule, and an itemized budget are processed. The organization of construction, transport relations, the design of the machine assembly, the control and test plan and safety and health protection at work are also dealt with.
Completion of Essens company building in Brno - Líšeň, Gross Substructure

The content of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of the realization of the gross substructure of the completion of Essens company building in Brno - Líšeň. The work is focused on the processing of the technical report of the construction site equipment, solving traffic relations and subsequent drawings. Furthermore, the content of the work includes the design of a suitable machine assembly, itemized budget, and time schedule of the stage of the gross substructure. Great emphasis is placed on the elaboration of detailed technological prescription for the implementation of piles and subsequently on the implementation of the white tank system. This chapter is followed by the processing of the inspection-check plan. The last part is an analysis of the issue of safety and health protection at work, definition of occupational risks and proposed measures for their elimination.

Bridge is located in non-bult-up area in cadastral territory of village Postřelmov and spans over railway and Morava river. Bridge structure is designed as double beam with reinforced concrete slab on top. Bridge is build by technology slide-in.
