Renovation and extension of detached house

The bachelor thesis elaborates project documentation for construction of a family house in Nemile, located in the Olomouc Region. This is a construction and extension of an existing family house. The house has two residential floors with a partial basement. There is one apartment unit in it. Construction of a family house is carried out in the form of restoration of plaster, flooring, facade systems, replacement of windows, doors, technical background of the building and other systems. The existing ground plan of the basement and the first floor will be preserved in its entirety by an additional building, the second floor will be altered in its entirety. The shape of the ground plan of the building will be altered in the form of an extension of the residential zone (dining room and living room kitchen), then an extension of the shed for two vehicles will be built. Vertical support structures are made of Porotherm 30 Profi ceramic brick technology with EPS GreyWall contact system. Base structures of monolithic concrete. Horizontal constructions are made from the Porotherm MIAKO system. A roof made up of a flat roof at the extension of a residential area and a shelter for vehicles and above the existing parts of the house is used a new built-in roof panel system made of structural wood. The design emphasized increased comfort in use and the overall modern concept of a family house building. A preferred family home is a heating system with an air / water heat pump with underfloor heating. The designed house of a family house meets the standards of modern living and tries to solve the issue of quality housing both in terms of economic and ecological energy management and the sustainability of the standard of living and the life of the building without the necessity of adaptation. The design emphasized increased comfort in use and the overall modern concept of a family house building. The modern visual arrangement is achieved by the shape of the building in combination
Shooting range

The subject of this project is a new building of a shooting range in Brno, district Královo pole. The aim of the thesis is to create a documentation for realization of a shooting range building with capacity of 5 shooting boxes, gun and ammunition shop and functionally interconnected administrative and training rooms. The shooting range operates all-day and is situated on a flat terrain. Building is based on a plain concrete strip foundation and has two floors without the basement. The building is made of brick from ceramic blocks from the POROTHERM system, while perimeter walls are thermally insulated. The building has a single-layer flat roof.

The project documentation, processed in the framework of the diploma thesis, solves the new building of the administrative building of the building company in the village Lukov u Moravských Budějovic. The building is made of traditional brick technology therm tl. 50 cm, without insulation, ceilings are reinforced concrete, flat roof, vegetation. Vegetation is also part of the facade of the building, which at the same time serves as a root cleaner. The philosophy of the whole design is to create a high-quality working environment for building company employees, a pleasant environment for customers and to best solve the environmental footprint of the building. The building is designed as a modern office building, with space for leisure activities of staff and their visits, taking into account the responsible approach to the development industrial site and the surrounding nature. The building efficiently manages potable, rain and wastewater, the envelope of the building, and the individual structures are designed to make the entire building as energy-consuming as possible, and do not pump irreparably by nature its natural resources in a larger quantity than necessary.
Modernization of apartment house Vlhká 22, Brno

The diploma thesis processes project documentation in the stage of construction for modernization of an apartment house near the center on the street Vlhká 22 in Brno. The building is divided into four residential floors and nonresidential basement and attic. On the first floor there are two residential units and the other four residential units. The foundation structures are made of solid bricks. The vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are also made of solid bricks. Exceptionally drywall partitions. In the basement, the ceiling structures are made of brick barrel vaults, above the above-ground floors there are wooden beamed ceilings. The roof structure of the building is made of purlin system with standing stool and covering of ceramic roof tiles. Three additional housing units will be built in the attic. In the basement, the masonry will be undercut by a chain saw, partly by pressure grouting and partly by a new layer with a waterproofing layer. All wood-beamed ceilings will be replaced with prefabricated ceiling beams with aerated concrete inserts without overhead slab. The garden part of the building will be insulated with mineral wool. The roof structure will be constructed from the street side as a shed roof and in the garden part a flat roof with a gradient layer of expanded polystyrene thermal insulation and a waterproofing layer of thermoplastic poleolefin.
Wine bar with accommodation

This bachelor thesis solves design documentation for the execution of the project. It is a new building of wine bar with accommodation. The thesis is divided into a drawing part, a text part and the supplements. The text part contains an accompanying and total engineering report and an engineering report for the execution of the project. The supplement´s part includes drawings and other specialized parts. All parts are processed by using a PC in a text and graphical CAD editor.
Jail Hrotovice

This thesis called THE HROTOVICE JAIL consists of the project documentation of the cell block 1 and the kitchen building. The block 1 has got three floors and the kitchen building has got one floor. Both structures have got the flat roof. The block 1 consists of two-way skeletal system of ferroconcrete and it is walled by the POROTHERM system. The kitchen building also consists of the POROTHERM system. Both buildings are insulated by insulation system with EPS.
Kindergarten

The subject of this master´s thesis is lately erected building of kindergarten. It is a two-storied building, without cellar and with flat roof. Object is based on the strips foundation. This kindergarten is formed by three departments with capacity fot twenty children. The part of this building is the kitchen, where cooks can prepare hot meals. On this piece of land there is situated the parking with seven parking spaces. The master´s thesis includes a project documentation and specialisation.
Farm house with riding hall

The subject matter of my Master thesis is a project of an agricultural building with a riding-hall located in Dolný Kubin in the Slovak Republic. This construction comprises from three consecutive buildings. The first single-storey building is designed as a horse stable, the vertical load bearing structures are constructed from a monolithic iron-concrete, a steel truss is designed as the load-bearing roof element, the roof is a sloping aisle roof. The second building comprises of a double-storey operational building with a flat roof, the load-bearing and non-load bearing system consists of a ceramic masonry POROTHERM and monolithic iron-concrete ceilings. The third building is a riding hall, where the load-bearing system consists of steel columns and a gable truss. The strip footings and plain-concrete feet are designed as foundation structures. The project emphasises the layout plan, thermo-technical properties and safety in use.
Sports complex

The main focus of this thesis is to design the expansion and modernization of a sport complex "U Jezu" for a sport club TJ Roztoky. This thesis is consisted of a study for a territorial agreement. In this study, there are indicated a formation of two playing fields with the artificial surfaces, beach volleyball court proposing two building objects as a base for the entire complex, which consists of garages, storages and a main building. A more detailed design was created for the main building. As the supporting structure of the object, the transverse wall system completed with outdoor columns supporting the cantilevered portion of the ceiling tiles, which are mainly unidirectionally reinforced concrete floor slabs. The supporting structure is based on the strip foundations. The designed building object has two-above ground floors and a ground floor, which will be created by embedding the building object into the hill side. The ground floor is designed for the relaxation and the leisure purposes. Moreover, there is also a technological equipment necessary for the operation of the facility. On the first above ground floor, there are designed locker rooms for athletes, a club room with a kitchen and an accommodation unit for a manager of the complex. The second floor is for the accommodation. There are designed rooms with lounge and office of the president of the sport club. Part of the second floor consists of a terrace. For the roofing, a flat roof with a single-classic sequence of layers is designed. In this thesis, the static is partially solved. Furthermore, the object is evaluated in the terms of lighting, acoustic and thermal requirements as well as requirements for the fire safety of buildings.
Hotel in Špindlerův Mlýn

In the thesis of the documentation Hotel in Spindleruv Mlyn. This is a six-storey building of the partial basement. In 1S is a technical base for an indoor swimming pool, air-conditioning, hot water, workshop, stores, and USB battery compartment. The 1st floor has a reception, restaurant with kitchen facilities for staff, and ski storage pool. In 2 and 3rd floor are designed bedrooms (two - four people) with access to the loggia. In the 4th floor are two two-storey rooms designed to 5th. The foundations are designed as footings under load bearing walls and the columns are designed shoe. External walls in 1S are designed from the shuttering in thickness. 300 mm insulated thermal insulation XPS thickness. 100 mm. External walls in 1 to 5th floor are designed from the sandwich concrete blocks tl.400 mm with built-in liner made of stabilized polyurethane foam (th. 140 mm) from BS Group Klatovy. The roof is designed with smooth saddle roofs with a slope of 34 °. Plane roofs are completed in different height levels. The ceilings are designed as a monolithic thick. 180 mm.
