Apartment house in Mikulov

The subject of the Bachelor thesis in an elaboration of documentation for construction of an apartment house in Mikulov. This is a detached buildig on a slighly sloping ground with two floors aboce ground and one underground floor with 6 residential units. All floors consist of a design systém of ceramic bricks. Ceiling construction are monolithic reinforced concrete and buildig roofing is solved warm flat rood.
Apartment building in Hrotovice

The aim of the bachelor´s work is a composition of project documentation for the construction building of apartment building. The object is situated on the cadastral area of Hrotovice on plot number 278. The apartment building is designed as separated, three storeys, flat roof building withnout basement. There are six apartment units in total, from witch one is deisgned for people with movement disabilities. To each apartment unit belong one basement cellar. There are two garages, first with five parking palaces, second with one parking place for people with movement disabilities. The building on foundation strips. The construction system of the object is wall system. Extrenal walls are made od Porotherm brick blocks with thermal insulation from expanded polystyrene. The inside vertical load-bearing contructions are made od acoustic brick blocks with mortar pockets. The horizontal load-bearing constructions are made of reinforced concrete slabs. The building is roofed with single layer flat roof.
Modular web-based interface using MikrotikAPI

This diploma thesis is dealing with creating a web interface for managing and configuring RouterOS system using MikroTik API. Web interface is protected against intrusion unauthorized persons and contains mechanisms for managing users. This web interface allows extend the application using modules, which can extend functions of this interface. PHP framework was used for for creating this interface, configuration of RouterOS can be stored in a MySQL database.
History and Development of Volunteer Fire Department Units in Lomnice Fire Brigade County

This bachelor thesis was written in response to the improvement of the level of many fire protection units of municipal volunteer fire departements. On the other hand, a number of units are disappearing due to lack of members, the intention of the thesis was to document the history and development of certain units and to find out whether the number of members in the units is really decreasing gradually and thus threatening them with extinction or limiting their availability. In the bachelor thesis the following two objectives are set: 1. to investigate and elaborate the history, development and equipment of the fire protection units that were part of the Lomnice Fire Brigade County. 2. To investigate the gradual development of the number of members of the units in question over a period of several decades and to determine, based on the data found, whether the number of members is indeed stable and decreasing. Based on these objectives, a research question was established: Is the number of VFDU members from the former Lomnice Fire Brigade County stable over the long term? This bachelor thesis elaborates the history of the Lomnice Fire Brigade County and its member fire brigades, the most serious emergencies that took place in the territory of the former county over several hundred years and the development of the number of members of the fire protection units of the volunteer fire departements of the member municipalities over several decades. The theoretical contribution of the thesis is to reveal the facts and important events in the history of Lomnice Fire Brigade County and individual corps. The practical contribution is the possibility to use the obtained information about the number of members to make a prediction whether the units are really threatened with extinction or limited activity.
Family house with speech therapy clinic

A topic of this Bachelor thesis is developing a design documentation for building site. It´s a detached house for a family of four members with two children, which part is a speech therapy clinic. It is structured to two floors - ground floor and first floor, and basement. We can find a kitchen and living room on the ground floor. In another part of the ground floor is situated a speech therapy clinic and waiting room. Speech therapy clinic have a separate entrance. The speech therapy clinic is solved as accessible. The first floor is made as living area only. A part of the family house with speech therapy clinic is a garage for one car. We can find three parking spots in the car park in front of the house. One of the spots is solved as accessible. The garden is situated on the south side of the house. From a construction part a vertical supporting system is made from ground brick block type THERM with mineral isolation inside. Upon the basement and ground floor there is a floor with precast planks, upon the part of the ground floor and the first floor there is a plate floor. Upon the garage there is a green roof and upon the first flor there is a warm flat roof.
Two-generation family house

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a project documentation for the construction of a two-generation house divided in two separate apartments. House has three aboveground floors and one underground floor. In the ground floor there is barrier-free apartment. Second apartment is in the second and third floor. In the second floor there is a bedroom with his own wardrobe room, bathroom, WC, and generous living room with a big window oriented to the garden. In the third floor there is a kid’s room and entrance on a terrace. Parking place is in the passage. Roofs are designated as impassable flat roof with a classic layer order with a final layer is from asphalt sheets. The building is built from Porotherm 44 laid on foam, the ceilings structure is from precast prestressed concrete panels SPIROLL, staircases are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Foundation are from concrete strips footing. The facade of the building I partly overgrown by climbing plant Parthenocissus tricuspidata.

The bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a family house with an architectural studio. The building is located on a plot in the town of Jihlava. It is a two-storey partly basement family house used for housing a family of four, in which a studio is designed for the purpose of business. The function of the establishment is an architectural studio, and for the access of clients and visitors to the establishment only a meeting room with sanitary facilities on the first floor, on the second floor there is a private study of an architect living in the house, which is accessible only from the apartment. The dominant feature of the building on the second floor is a hall designed for relaxation and rest illuminated by a large window under the counter roof and a private architect's office, equipped with a large glazed area in the east wall and including a window under the counter roof for southern light, both rooms have an exposed view. Tn the roof supporting structure, which consists of visible rafters. The perimeter walls are designed from 440 mm ceramic blocks, type Term, with integrated mineral insulation. The ceiling structure consists of prestressed hollow ceiling panels. An individual garage with parking for one car leading to the street road is designed for the building. The project documentation is prepared in accordance with Decree No., 499/2006 Coll. About documentation of buildings.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a project documentation for the construction of an apartment building with four aboveground floors and one underground floor. In the aboveground part of the building are 10 accommodation units with generous living spaces. Loggia is included in some of these apartments. The highest floor is designed as a receding one, so there is enough space for terraces. In the underground part are basement cubicles, utility room, room for bicycles, room for strollers, elevator machine room and storage room. Parking is provided outside the building on the paved land. In total there are 17 parking spaces, one for the disabled. The main roof is designed as a flat with a classic layer order with the final layer of TPO foil. The brick building is transverse, built from the Porotherm system, the ceiling structure and staircase are designed monolithic from reinforced concrete. The foundation of the building are CFA piles. There is an elevator in the building. The facade of the buildings is partly contact insulated by ETICS mineral wool system and parts of the facade are ventilated by Prefa mineral wool aluminium sheets.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design and construction of project documentation for a family house with an establishment, which is situated in the village Lesonice near Moravský Krumlov. The building is designed as a detached three-storey building, which has one underground, one overground and residential attic. The family house is designed for a four-member family. A part of the building is designed - a massage room. Access to the house and the establishment is designed from the northeast side. The living area is mostly oriented to the south and west. The establishment is located southeast of the residential area and has 2 parking spaces for customers. The building construction system is designed from the Porotherm system. The vertical masonry is made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 50 T Profi. The horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete. The roof above the shop is designed as a flat single-walled non-walking roof and the roof above the living area is saddle.
