Title of bachelor's thesis: Case Study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of fracture of distal part of radius and proximal part of humerus Methods: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the problems of physiotherapeutic procedures of a patient with the diagnosis state after the fracture of distal part of radius and proximal part of humerus and to process a detailed casuistry of the patient with this diagnosis. The first part of the bachelor thesis is theoretical and is processed on the basis of the background research. Anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics of shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand joints are included in the first part. Furthermore, it comprises types of fractures, their treatment and particularly the physiotherapeutic procedures which can have influence on the state. The second part of the thesis is specialized and is processed on the basis of the casuistry involving therapeutic procedures in the diagnosis state after the fracture of proximal part of humerus and distal part of the radius on the left. This part consists of eight therapeutic units which were undertaken ambulatory at the rehabilitative department in the regional hospital in Kladno. Title: Case study of physiotherapy care for patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome. Objective: Summary of theoretical knowledge and the processing of study reports of patients diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome. Abstract: The thesis consists of two parts. The general section includes anatomical and neurophysiological aspects of GBS characterized by its brief history, treatment, diagnosis, and precipitating factors. A special section is devoted to a case study and rehabilitation plan for the patient. Therapy was directed primarily to improve quality of life. The case study was prepared at the time of practice from 17. 2. to 29. 2. 2011 at the neurology department at the district hospital in Kladno a.s. Title: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of fractured lower part of the upper arm bone Objectives: Gain of theoretical knowledge about fractures and ostheosyntesis of distal part of humerus and elbow. Subsequent case study formulation of a patient with selected diagnosis made during coherent scholarly practice Methods: The general part of the bachelor thesis contains theoretical knowledge about fractures and subsequent osteosynthesis of distal part of humerus and elbow. The special part of the bachelor thesis is made in form of case study of selected patient with diagnosis of fracture of lower part of elbow Results: Improvement of active and pasive movement range, increase of muscle strenght in weakened muscles, elimination of reflective changes and restoration of joint play. Improvement of functional mobility of LUA. Conclusion: Indication of physiotherapy of a patient after fracture of lower part of upper arm bone and subsequent ostheosyntesis showed up as very beneficial for health improvement. The most common health problems for mountain bikers

Title: The most common health problems for mountain bikers. Objectives: Uncover the most common localities of health problems of mountain bikers. Find the differences in selected localities of health problems of men and women. Methods: Data were collected using questionnaires with nine questions. Data was been collected after the race mountain bikes for 50 km. The most important monitored parameters were sex and location difficulties. Results: 57 male and 33 female randomly selected recreational cyclists responded to questionnaire. The most common anatomical sites for overuse injury/complaints reported by the male and female cyclists combined were the neck (22,23 %), followed by back (14,44 %), small of the back (13,33 %) and without difficulty (10,8 %). Significant differences were observed between male and female site selection problems. List of health problems in women: neck, knees, back, smal of the back. Propriomed use for basketball players

Název: Využití Propriomedu u hráček basketbalu Cíle: Cílem práce je ověření hypotézy, že po cvičení s Propriomedem dojde k vyšší úspěšnosti střelby z trestných hodů u hráček basketbalu. Metody: Podstatou experimentu bylo zaznamenání úspěšnosti střelby na koš z trestných hodů bez použití Propriomedu a po cvičení s Propriomedem. Experiment byl prováděn vždy na začátku a ke konci tréninkové jednotky. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 17 probandů ve věku 25-30let, z toho 12 probandů bylo náhodně přiřazeno do experimentální skupiny a 5 do skupiny kontrolní. Testovanou skupinou byly hráčky basketbalu z týmu BLC Sparta Praha B. K výzkumné části byl využit Propriomed 100/3. . Výsledky: Zjistili jsme, že po cvičení s Propriomed došlo k vyšší úspěšnosti střelby na koš z trestných hodů. Po cvičení s Propriomedem byla úspěšnost střelby z trestných hodů vyšší na začátku tréninkové jednotky než na konci tréninkové jednotky. Hráčky po cvičení s Propriomedem udávaly subjektivně pocit "volnější ruky a lehkosti" při střelbě. Také více úspěšných pokusů bylo vstřeleno v podobě tzv. čistého koše, kdy se míč nedotkl desky a ani obroučky. Závěr: Cvičení s Propriomedem se ukázalo jako vhodné pro zařazení do úvodní části tréninkové jednotky u hráček basketbalu. Klíčová slova: Propriomed- střelba - basketbal - postura

Shoulder pain syndrom as a complication of stroke and its treatment possibilities

SOUBRN: Název práce: Syndrom bolestivého ramene jako komplikace CMP a možnosti jeho terapeutického ovlivnění Title of tbesis: Shoulder pain syndrome as a complication of stroke and its treatment possibilities Cíle práce: Cílem této teoretické práce bylo pomocí poznatků z dostupných zdrojů popsat danou problematiku a s využitím shromážděných informací · porovnat obecně platná stanoviska s výsledky provedených studií. Metoda: Tato práce Je rešeršního charakteru. Zvolenou metodou bylo tedy vyhledání dokumentů souvisejících se zadaným tématem, zpracování informací a začlenění získaných dat do kontextu obecně uznávaných poznatků o tématu formou komparativní kritiky. Závěr: Ze získaných informací o běžně uznávaných vědomostech v problematice bolestivého hemiplegického ramene a výstupech plynoucích z výsledků provedených studií vyplývají v mnoha ohledech rozpory a další otázky vhodné k řešení. Polemika plynoucí z rozdílných závěrů naznačuje, že mnohá zavedená dogmata o bolestivém rameni po prodělané CMP by bylo vhodné přehodnotit nebo podrobit dalšímu výzkumu. Porovnat názory odborníků na fyzioterapeutické přístupy v jednotlivých období a zhodnotit nejčastější a nejúčinnější užívané přístupy. Zodpovědět hlavní a vedlejší vědecké otázky a potvrdit nebo vyvrátit hypotézy. Metoda: Literární rešeršní zpracování dostupných českých a zahraničních literárních zdrojů. Mezi nejčastější literární zdroje patřily tituly odborných článků v periodikách, monografiích a elektronických databázích (Medline, Pubmed). Diplomová práce je členěna do několika kapitol.
