W.A.Mozart: Figaroś Marriage focused on the part of Susanna

In my thesis I have decided to focus on W.A.Mozartś opera Le nozze di Figaro ( The Marriage of Figaro) stresing the interpretation aproach of Susannaś part featuring three outstanding opera singers. A part of the text is devoted to Mozart´s operas and the rest of the thesis focuses on The Marriage of Figaro. To be analised in detail I have selected my favorite Susanna ´sscena in the 4th Act Giunse alfin il momento ( Finally, the moment came) a Deh, vieni, non tardar, o gioia bella ( Oh, come do not hesitate, oh my joy splendid). I have divided the thesis into four chapters. The first chapter is called Opera Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart ´s Opera Work, as the second chapter follows The Figaro´sMarriage, the third is Susanna and the fourth introduces Comparison of Interpretation Aproach of Outstanding Opera Singers.

This thesis takes a closer look at the prime time of original Czech music at the chateau in Jaroměřice, a small town situated in the south of Moravia region, the Czech Republic, in the first half of 18 century within the Habsburg monarchy. The thesis attempts to map the life of the Jaroměřice landlord to whom we are indebted for establishing the spirit of the Viennese eoayl court in this Moravian province. The thesis is also devoted to the life and works of františek Václav Míča who was the author of the first substantiated Czech opera About the origin of jaroměřice and it also touches the relevant theme of the role and assertion of the Czech lanquage in this place at the time preceding the revival era of the Czech celture.

Dvořák was composing as a Czech artist and his art is not only great, but also Czech, indeed.Antonín Dvořák was a great personality which influenced not solely the next generation of composers but also many theoreticians and music connoisseurs.He was one of the congenial composers, proof of which assertion demonstrates itself in the vast number of compositions from the fields of opera and song, and also sacral, chamber and orchestral music. His works are still popular nowadays, and they are being often presented and interpreted in the concert halls.Antonín Dvořák´s song composition has become the central focus theme of my Master thesis.

The First Chapter content of paper is Gustav Mahler´s personality development, family atmosphere influence on his production, time period and models influencing his work. In the second chapter I was dealing with Gustav Mahler´s song cykles in general and in particular with analysis and interpretation of "Song of wandering journeyman " and " Songs of dead children". The third chapter is closing summary of Gustav Mahler musical heritage in the world, in the Czech Republic and for next generations.

The thesis deals with an analysis of Suzanne in Mozarts opera The Marriage of Figaro ( Le nozze di Figaro). It analyses major part of well known interpretations and compares vocalists who performed in the Suzanne role. The objective of the thesis is maintained by the author experiences while studying the role in the Opera Studio. The thesis highlights the role complexity in confrontation of singing and acting in specific situacions. The minor parts of the thesis are concerned with W.A.Mozarts individuality and his work. The list of W.A.Mozarts scenic works is added as an annex.

In my bachelor thesis, I have decided to focus on the person of Gustav Mahler. A large part of the text is focused on his life's many fates and works. After reviewing important data from fis personal life, I mapped out Gustav Mahler's professional develompment. In conclusion I am focusing on one of his works: Songs of the Wandering Journeyman. I am encapsulating the history of this work's origins as well as a formal analysis of its structure. I have also provided a comparison of interpretations as provided by four world renowned singers.
