Emergency planning within the Integrated Rescue System with focus on the activities of Police of the Czech Republic

Subject: Emergency planning within the Integrated Rescue Systém with focus on the activities of Police of the Czech Republic Objective: unify and define the legislation relating to the emergency planning with a focus on the service performance of the Czech Police and implement subsequently relevant legal standards into the tactical exercises "The Island 2011" in order to verify the practical set of principles, mechanisms with the possibilities of their evaluation based on real use. Method applied: research, classification and study of available sources, consultaion with the experts in the subject above, detailed analysis of the carried out exercises. Outcome: Based on the study of legislative norms indicating the framework of activities of individual components of Integrated Rescue Systém, consulting the respective variants of implementation of practical knowledge, as a result, the exercise was designed in order to verify the ability of the police management to manage and control the forces and resources during the performance of the police tasks and also to verify the practical ability of police Officers to perform set tasks and cooperate in the place of intervention with units and relevant agencies. Title: The analysis of the activities of rescue dogs in the Integred Rescue System. Objectives: To analyze the frequency of deploying dogs in action under the Integrated Rescue Systém for the period 2009 to 2011. Describe reasons for Access and silure to deploy dogs in the IRS. Method: Research of available sources, data collection. Results: Every year is the use of increasingly cynological pairs. Most service dogs are being used. At the request of debris search requirements are mainly from the Fire and Rescue Service area search by police of the Czech Republic. 11 Abstract Name of the essay: Knowledge analysis of students primary school, high school and university in the field of protection human on behalf of emergency in capital city Prague Aim of the essay: The main objective of this work is to point out the topic of civil protection, determine the way of education and knowledge of students at Prague schools. Another component of this essay describes the history and present condition of civil protection in our region, legislation and the meaning of civil protection for our country. Method: For getting data in this empirical study the method of inquiry was used. The inquiry contains of three parts: identification, research and complement. The individual study was made on chosen Prague schools and universities. Results: Frequency and statistical significance of answers were made from received data. The results showed that students have some knowledge in traffic education and first aid. But there is still lot of things that students should learn, mostly in civil protection. Title: A safety minimum for sports ground Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis is a summary of safety requirements and rules that are required for users of playgrounds, swimming pools and ski areas. Methods: This thesis is theoretical, focused on the search of available sources and learning materials, their examination and submission of complete information (analysis) on security, features, and aids to ensure the safety of the users of selected sports facilities - playgrounds, swimming pools and ski slopes. This task is an insight into the complex world of laws, regulations, ordinances and other generally binding recommendations, particularly standards relating to the subject. Results: It was found that the selected sources are sufficiently described the safety at sports grounds. The work includes a summary of terms and their definitions that are closely related to the topic, classification and description of selected sports facilities - playgrounds, swimming pools and ski slopes. The work describes the legislative environment and provides a summary of the most important laws and their sections, and standards that are related to the thesis topic. Title: Principles of safety measures of sports events organizers without the involvement of police Objectives: The aim of this thesis is a description of security measures at sporting events organizers. Methods: The thesis theoretical style is focused on searching for available sources of study and research, and writing their summary comparing safety measures of the organizers. Results: This work describes the activities of the organizers of sports events and precautions that must be provided prior to each sports organizer game. Title: Evaluation of the number drowned people in the Czech Republic in the years 1994-2010 Aim of the thesis: Evaluate the number of drowning people in the Czech republic. Methods: Searches of available sources. Collecting data from the Czech Statistical office, media, information portals. Results: All the processed data was given in the context of the current causes of drowning people in natural waters, which can not be assessed to the short time generalize. In the month of July was a positive correlation between the number of the people drowned and the temperature. Results of this work can not be compared with foreign countries and assume that the results will be the same. Title: The solution of extraordinary anthropogenic and unanthropogenic incidents by mountain rescue service Czech republic Objectives: The main objective of this work is to approach the issue of emergency response service Mountain CR. What are anthropogenic and neantropogenní events and how to solve individually Mountain Rescue Service of the CR. Methods: In my thesis, I used the method of content analysis, for which I have found literal resources. Work approach could be summarized as a method of analyzing single extraordinary events. Results: I identified methods of Service Mountain CR when dealing with extraordinary anthropogenic and unantrophogenic incidents. Individual contestant competence level participating winter and summer survival courses.

Title: Individual contestant competence level participating winter and summer survival courses. Objectives: The major aim of this work is to determine at what level of potential course participants' is knowledge of winter and summer survival. Knowledge of related skills associated with survival in extreme conditions and crisis situatuions. For this thesis we chose students from Faculty of Physical Education and Sport and other students from Charles University since summer and winter survival cource is also opened to students from other faculties of Charles University Methods: For data acquisition to this work we used the questionnaire method. Respondents were students aculty of Physical Education and Sport, Faculty of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Arts and The First Medical Faculty. To get 100% questionaire return, the questionaire was assigned personaly. Results: The questionnaire survey was attended by 70 respondents overall. Data we collected, we wrote down in tables and graphs. The results from the evaluation of individual questions showed that knowledge levels associated with survival in critical situations is low. Only 33% of the total amount of students who completed the survey, were successfull. Keywords: survival, limit situations, crisis situations
