Data selection and optimisation of cutting conditions for progressive production technologies
Caha, Tomáš ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis contents theoretical description of methods for choosing and optimization of cutting conditions for progressive machining technologies. Especially it is concerned on CNC machining. The aim of experimental part of work is to set cutting conditions and simultaneously to achieve the most economical solution under current production conditions of the company. The product must also comply with required quality, roughness of the surface and geometrical precision.
Data selection and optimisation of cutting conditions for progressive production technologies of drilling with a step drill
Barák, Vít ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The thesis contains theoretical analysis of drilling by twist drill focused on the step drill. The review includes description of the drill geometry, calculation of the basic parameters of drilling, including forces and process optimization. Following is manufacturing process and analysis of the monolithic step drill designed for the required hole parameters. The optimal cutting conditions are necessary to find for the correct function of the tool. The load values of the tool are accurately assessed using a piezoelectric dynamometer, thereby obtaining the overall progress of individual loads. The roughness of the workpiece is evaluated by the optical measuring device.
Data selection and optimisation of cutting conditions for progressive production technology of the crank shaft
Sonberger, Vít ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis is focused on proposal of production process of assembled crankshaft. It consists of choice of tools, data selection and optimisation for manufacture of individual components and for the assembly. In the assembly are also calculated important parameters for pressing components. Selected cutting conditions are experimentally verified.
Vibrations at machining of metals
Fiala, Zdeněk ; Polzer, Aleš (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The diploma work deals with a mathematical description of vibration and its generation when machining. Moreover, some techniques of modal parameters measurement in the theoretical part are included. The practical part is designed and based on the measured natural frequencies of the machine with specific tool and materials. In conclusion, a lobe diagram stability for semiautomatic lathe SPN 12 CNC and selected machining operation is specified by means of apparatus.
The Proposal of Application Software for HR Using the Project
Kovaříková, Monika ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Smolíková, Lenka (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the draft of application software for the HR of the company AZ, s.r.o. It focuses on analyzing the activities related to the realization of educational courses. The diploma thesis proposes a motion of operations’ simplifying and reducing time of their processing using this application software. The solution reduces costs of these activities.
Production of glovebox handle on FDM 3D printer
Šuranský, David ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The bachelor thesis analyzes car interior handle production, whose design was slightly modified compared to the original part. It consists of few design drafts, selection of the most suitable one, modification for 3D printing purposes and the part production of ABS material on a FDM printer. Post-processing operations and technical as well as economical conclusions are mentioned at the end of the thesis.
Production of Rotating Parts on a CNC Multifunctional Center
Turčín, Jiří ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a design of technological solution for the production of a part named “Pulsation wheel” suited for a CNC machining center. Proposed technology consist of technological process and the choice of tools and measuring equipment. The production and necessary measurements are verified and carried out hands-on in a metalworking shop. This technology is compared with different options and variations used in this shop, whether machining on a different machine or different metal semi-finished work piece. This comparison is also described in technical-economic assessment.
Production of the Cylinder into the Injection Unit
Lexa, Josef ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This work mainly focuses on the manufacture of the cylinder of injection unit as one of the two major components to the element and the injection unit to the injector pump before and after the heat treatment relative to the two alternatives of production, concentrating on the alternative of production on machining center. There are mentioned as the subsequent and finishing operations such as well as final assembly including mounting with a functional commissioning into the pump. There is also mentioned a production of samples of cylinder of injection unit, the proposals for improving and ecology of the whore production.
Production of designed quadracopter using rapid prototyping
Melša, Jan ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
Design and manufacturing of a quadrocopter prototype using the Rapid Prototyping additive technology – the Fused Deposition Modeling method – is the goal of this Bachelor’s Thesis. The Thesis describes the process the prototype has to go through from the 3D computer model, through production settings down to the production itself. The individual prototype models have been created using the Creo Parametric software and they are adapted to the real components of a functional quadrocopter. The Thesis ends with a technical-economic assessment.
Production of Components for CNC Machine
Kratochvil, Roman ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with a plan for production of a component manufactured by a multifunction CNC machine. First, different generations of CNC machines are described and their advantages and disadvantages mentioned. In the following part of the thesis the material and functionality of the component are examined. Further, production machines and tools are suggested. NC programming software, which is designed with the use of GibbsCAM software, is imported to the machine. During the manufacturing process, the surface being tooled is thoroughly monitored by a 3D measuring device. The last chapter considers technical and economic aspects of the component production.
