Didactic concept of fall technique in PE

Title: The concept of teaching judo fall technique Goals: The aim of the work is to explain in detail the fall technique. The main goal is to create a training program and describe the gradual steps to learn the fall technique. Methods: In this work, we used the method of data collection and analysis of available materials regarding judo, fall technique and combat in education. Then we compared the occurrence of combat in the school curriculum. Subsequently, we modeled an ideal training program for learning fall technique. Results: We have found that the control of fall technique is very beneficial for life and important from both a preventive and conditioning point of view. At the same time, we found that fall technique almost does not appear at all in school educational programs. And based on that, we have created an ideal training program during which these techniques can be easily learned in physical education classes. Athletic preparation for karate - kumite training

Title: Athletic preparation for karate - kumite training Objectives: The main aim of my bachelor thesis is to prepare, describe and evaluate specific exercises which arise from combining fitness and coordination factors of kumite with essential athletic movement elements for the use in kumite training. The subgoal is to compose a list of terms, facts and context necessary for reaching the main aim. Methods: Historical method was used to explain the evolution of karate and athletics sport disciplines. Individual movement abilities, sports equipment and exercises are presented descriptively . Compilation of "specific" excercises is a result of analytical-synthetic method. By connecting athletic exercises with essential kumite exercises a synthetic of both was born as an effective tool for increasing sports performance. Results: Basic athletic movement skills were used for training of movement abilities using described factors and their importance for athlete's performance, of which most applied to original exercises was run, which improves speed development and strength of lower limbs. Other athletic's elements in special exercises are jumps, that strengthen the explosive power of lower limbs. Title of the bachelor thesis: Training concept for MMA The aim: To create a training concept for MMA beginners. Method: Personal experience has been used to create the concept, which has been gained through personal interaction in many different gyms. The experiences were complemented by the study of foreign and Czech literature, dealing mainly with the training concept. Result: A training concept was designed for beginners in MMA, which takes into account the complexity of the sport and the training of individual areas of combat sports. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on prevention of injuries and on developing proper movement habits and improving individual movement skills. Title: Common boxing injuries Objectives: To describe the causes of injuries and to summarize the most frequent injuries in training and matches of amateur and professional boxing. Methods: In this work the methods used were questionniare survey and subsequent evaluation of analytical data. The data analysis method was used in the theoretical part, which analysed the literature and in the empirical part where the individual points from the questionnaire were analyzed examined, based on the graphical representation. At the studied subjects there is evaluated frequency of injuries in boxing, the causes of injuries and recovery time. Results: Based on questionnaire survey it was found out that most frequently an injury takes place a injury comes about the facial part of a boxer's head. It was found out that 57% of all injuries in boxing are in the facial part and these are minor scrapes or bruises that do not affect the athlete's performance. Keywords: Box, injury, joint, contest
Compenzation of muscle dysbalance by Judo fighters

Title: Compenzation of muscle dysbalance by Judo fighters. Goals: Our goals are to check which muscles and body parts are the least stretched and weakest. The main goal of our work is to design couple training drills which can lower or even eliminate this muscle dysbalance. Methods: In our work we used the method of sinthesis and analisis. With the analisis data method we discovered that muscles are most affected by muscle dysbalance. And based on synthesis we made couple compensatory drills which we add to the training. Results: We discovered that for Judo you need a lot of muscle body parts, but even in this sport you find muscles that are not that much used and not too much overloaded. In this work we wanted to point out, that those muscle parts need to be compenzated if you dont want to get injured or you do want to get better Judo results. Analysis of punches in top boxing competitions

Title: Analysis of punches in top boxing competitions Objectives: The main objective of this work was to analyze the total number of punches, their efficiency and the use of punches on the body at two weight categories. The specific categories studied were velterweight and light heavyweight. Methods: An observation method was used to create statistics from watched videos. Two consecutive World championships served as a data source. The first one took place in 2013 in Almaty, the second two years later in Doha. MS Excel was used to process data. Results: It was found that more active in terms of attacks was the weight category up to 69 kg, but not more successful. More precise hits have been used by the light heavyweight category. The most commonly used technique was a direct followed by a hook and uppercut. Punches to the body were in the sum total of about 12 % and they were much more effective than strikes to head. Title: Keeping and reducing weight in the boxing Aims: The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out which methods are used for sustain or reduction of boxers' weight in various weight classes. If this process affects their power, and which intervals they begin the reduction before the fight in. Methods: The observation as the quantitative method was used on the basis of public inquiry. Results: It follows that boxers use shorter and more intensive methods for their weight reduction rather than slow and careful methods for their organisms. Moreover, two thirds of respondents experience some changes in consequence of sustaining and reducing the weight. The majority of respondents mentioned they get the information how to sustain and reduce the weight in accordance with their own consideration. Technical advancement of representative in kickboxing

Title: Technical maturity of a kickbox representative Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to determine the level of technical maturity of each adult kickbox representative, whether it is dedicated to semi-contact or full-contact disciplines. Another objective is to compare three views on the technical maturity of each representative, according to the representative himself and two state coaches. Then to compare representatives of semi-contact disciplines with representatives of full-contact disciplines in selected techniques of strikes and kicks. In conclusion, it will be ascertained how men and women see their technical maturity. Methods: In my thesis I used a method of analysis and the comparison method. I applied the analysis method in analyzing and describing the individual technical preparation of each representative. Information about the technical maturity was obtained on the basis of a questionnaire. I used the comparison method in the comparison of the representative himself and the opinions of the two state coaches. Then I used it in comparison of representatives of semi-contact disciplines and representatives of full-contact disciplines in techniques of strikes and kicks.
