The subject of this bachelor thesis is a design of a family house with business premises. A new building is situated in the village of Velký Ořechov on slightly flat terrain. The purpose of the business premises is the copy center with necessary annexes including. House has 2 floors and is adapted for housing 4 persons. The construction support system is bricked from ceramic blocks Porotherm. The ceiling constructions are designed like halfprefabricated Porotherm. The building is designed with shed roofs.

The object does not have a basement. The horizontal projection is cross. Object is designed from the construktion system YTONG.

The subject matter is new family house with rehabilitation clinics in Hronov. The building is divided in part for operating rehabilitation clinic and part intended for housing. The building is set in a gently sloping terrain. The building has a southern part of one floor of the western part of two floors. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The ceiling structure is made of Porotherm ceiling. Roof structure is designed as a warm flat roof about the first floor above the second floor is designed as a mono- pitched roof with a slope of 10 degrees.

The bachelor thesis deals with designing a family house with a business premises in Dvůr Králové nad Labem at a level of a project documentation for the building realization. The family house is located at parcel no. 2294/71, Dvůr Králové nad Labem territory. The building object is without a basement and with two above-ground floors with a wall construction system from brick blocks POROTHERM, based on strip foundations from concrete and covered with a flat roof. In the house there is a bussines premises of the person who lives there. The Business premises is used for administrative purposes. The entrance to the house is located at the north-west side and the entrace to the working part is located at the north-east side.

The aim of bachelor’s thesis is a project of new detached barrier-free house at a level of project documentation for the building realization. The building object is without basement and with one above-ground floor with wall construction system from brick blocks founded on strip foundations from concrete and covered with a flat roof. The building project is completed in accordance with design requirements for building typology of barrierless buildings and access for disabled person and for her self-reliance while using, including design of building constructions and materials in terms of statics, architecture, evaluation of thermal protection of the building envelope and safety while using.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with design documentation of a house for dwelling and business, designed for a four member family. The house is situated in the region Královéhradecký, town Nové Město nad Metují, cadastral district Nové Město nad Metují, situated on 685/5 building plot. The building is designed as a brick building with ISOVER insulation system, with KM Beta Sendwix vertical supporting structure and SPIROLL seiling panels - the horizontal supporting structure. The house has a saddle roof of 22° and the walkable flat roof that forms the top of the garage. The construction of the oblique roof consists of wooden components forming the construction framework. This building has 2 floors. In the first floor there are rooms for daily needs with business room on the right side, the second floor includes the private rooms for the owners.

The advantage of this house is its large glass surface in the living room and second floor. Vertical load-bearing and non-bearing structures are designed from Ytong bricks. The bachelor thesis deals with processing of project documentation of family house with business base in Žamberk. There is going to be one housing unit 4+1. Operating area, which contains one room and a bathroom, is fixed with the family house. The family house is two-level made of two rectangular objects 11,5x8 and 8x4,5 m. The entrance to the house is located at north-west side. The supporting wall system designed of brick blocks HELUZ. The house is covered with a flat roof. Enclosed seminar thesis deals with water-proofing of lower structure and points at issue connected to it.

The project deals with a new building of a house with a real estate agency in Sokolnice. The building is designed as a detached house. The site is situated in a gently sloping area. The three-storey house has a T-shaped ground plan and a partial basement. The first floor is functionally divided into a living part and business premises. The project includes a garage and two parking spaces for the customer of the real estate agency. The building is provided with a single skin and vegetative flat roof and masonry from the ceramic bricks Porotherm. Shuttering blocks CSB are used in the basement.
