Master thesis processes documentation for the realization of the new building of the multi-functional sporting centre. Object is designed as the two storey building with the external thermal insulation system ETICS. Object is designed according to the appropriate legislation. Object fulfills demands for the low-energy standard. Building is without cellar with the flat warm roof. Load bearing constructions of the floor ceilings are made out of prestressed concrete panels SPIROL. Load bearing construction of the hall roof is made of the glulam timber beams and purlins with the bracing.

In my thesis is made set part of project documentation for a office building in Trencin. The design respects the relevant technical standards, regulations, rules, requirements of architectural layout solution of underground garage, office spaces, retail operation and coffee bar . The project contains technical thermal, acoustic evaluation, fire safety solution of the building and construction safety in use.The project is processed by computer program Nemetschek Allplan 2013.
Nursery School

Master’s thesis „Nursery School" is proceed in form of project document, including all requirement according to standards and regulations. New building is located on parcel number 439/50 in city Přerov. Detached building has three floors and is partly cellarage. It is brick construction system based on packs. The roofs are flat, and constructed as single shell. Te floors are connected by prefabricated concrete staircase and by elevator. The nursery school is designed as a four departments building, with capacity of 96 children.

Diploma thesis "Residential building" is handleded in the form project documentation. It is a five-story building, the basement. The building is divided into two sections. The supporting structure of the building is monolithic frame with masonry infill. The building is located in a slightly sloping terrain. The entire building is covered by a flat roof. Individual residential units are located in the second, third, fourth and fifth floors. On the first floor there are two multiple garages, storage rooms, utility room and entrance tickets. Parts thesis are specialist in TZB and concrete structures.

This Bachelor’s Thesis deals with a design of detached family residence with planner’s office. The house is situated on a specific plot of cadastral area of Brno city, in Soběšice in Rozárka Street. The aim was to create an object suitable for a four-member family by its disposition solution, and fitting the neighbouring buildings by its appearance. The designed house is two-storey, basementless with saddle roof. Peripheral walls of above-ground floors are built from lime-sand blocks of SENDWIX walling system. Contact insulation system was used for thermal insulation of the whole object. Ceiling above first above-ground floor is monolithic reinforced concrete. Load-bearing structure of a roof deck is made of wooden trusses. The work also includes fire safety and thermotechnical solution.

The subject of bachelor's thesis is project of detached family house for a family of four in Hrušovany u Brna. The building has two floors, without basement and with attached garage. The designed material for loadbearing and non-loadbearing constructions is porous concrete blocks. The residential part of the building is covered by gable roof.

The subject of this work is the design of a detached family house in area Nove Domky near Jihlava in which natural construction materials were used. Instead of concrete or bricks, this building is designed with materials such as straw, rock, timber, clay, hemp or sheep's wool. Furthermore, the work deals with methods of plumbing, electrical installations and heating. The possible utilization of natural energy resources or ecological processing of waste were also taken into account. The conclusion contains the financial comparison with a building where traditional and industrially produced materials are used.

This bachelor thesis solves a design of two floors detached family residence with flat roof on plot 2653/1 in Havířově – Bludovicích. Design of this project solves architectural, structural and technical solution of the object according to demands of investor. Object is designed from Heluz masonry and also uses ceiling system Heluz. Main goal of this project was to create low-energy house for four-membered family.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is preparation of project documentation of a new detached house in Rosice u Brna. House is situated on plot n. 240 in cadastral area Rosice u Brna. The house is two-storey building without basement and will be used by family of four. Building is designed on foundation strips, vertical structures are made of concrete blocks, system KB-Blok. Ceiling structures are solved by monolithic slabs or filigrans. The roof is designed as flat roof and terrace over the garage is made of green terrace system with access from three sides of the house.

The subject of this thesis is a structural solution of a two-storey single-family detached house located on parcel no. 149 in the cadaster area of Hodkovičky. The house is situated in a moderately sloped terrain in a residential area where most of the surrounding objects are also detached houses and it is primarily designed as a timber structure. Other construction materials such as concrete or sand-lime masonry are also used within the project at those parts of the building where we can benefit from their different structural and physical properties. The project documentation was completely developed using Building Information Modeling method (BIM).
