Název práce: Analýza herního výkonu u fotbalových družstev žen Analysis of playing performance in the women football teams Cíl práce: Odhalit nejčastější chybná řešení v obranné fázi u vybraných ženských reprezentačních mužstev, získané údaje analyzovat, a vyvodit závěry pro tréninkový proces. Metoda práce: Pomocí videozáznamů jsme metodou nepřímého pozorování získali základní údaje a kategorizovali je. Kvalitativně jsme je zhodnotili a porovnali. Výsledky práce: Analýza potvrdila, že určité chyby se v defenzívě opakují a z toho jsme vycházeli při výběru možných cvičení použitelných v tréninku žen směřující k odstranění chyb a obohacení tréninkového procesu. Types of Warming Up Exercises in the Training Process

Title in English: Warm - up in training process The aim of the work: Based on observations of warming and heart rate measurement to describe the structure and contents warm at selected ages 19, 16, 13 years in the weekly microcycle main season. A method: To obtain the necessary information has been used Czech and foreign literature. I used method of indirect observation (video), and pulse rate (Polar Vantage NV). The information obtained were processed statistically. results: Results are presented graphically. Identified hypotheses are confirmed, or disproved.
