The reinforcement door locking manufacturing by compound tool

The submitted project was created in the engineering studies of M-STG Machinery technologies and it is focused on problematics of production of reinforcement door locking. Component will be manufactured by cutting and bending technologies and used material is aluminium alloy EN AW-3103. As a manufacturing stock is used roll of sheet. Manufacturing series is 400 000 pieces a year. Literary study was created according to the mentioned technologies. After the control calculation was proccesed, the compound tool was designed. As a working machine was selected accentric press SMERAL LE 250/40, where the compound tool will be clamped.
The effect of production parameters on the plasticity of structural steel

The master thesis deals with the influence of heat treatment and storage time on microstructure and mechanical properties of 26MnB5 steel, which is used in the production of tubular components in the quenched and tempered state. The objective was to increase the plasticity of the steel by the definition of new process parameters of the induction heat treatment line. New tempering diagrams of 26MnB5 steel for two various speeds of the heat treatment line were established and used to determine new tempering temperature and speed of the heat treatment line. Observation of the influence of storage time on mechanical properties of the steel did not reveal that it is liable to ageing.
Stretch forming with tensile force

The submitted work developed within the bachelor study B-STI Mechanical engineering deals with bending technology in combination with tensile force. The work is created on the basis of literary study overview and description of the principle of bending technology with the tensile power, a description of the methods, tools and machines used, advantages and disadvantages of the above methods and examples of modern production processes and manufactured parts. The work also includes a comparison with simple bending method.
Production single parts from sheet metal

The project drawn up within the framework of engineering studies in discipline Manufacturing technology (2303T002) presents a proposal for processing a single part – the part is made of sheet steel number S420MC – by blanking, bending and stamping. On the basis of a literary exploration of given problems several variants of processing a part was propounded in order to be made in just one tool. The transfer combined die is fixed in crank press WAINGARTEN ARP 80 with 800 kN nominal force. All functional parts are made of heat treated tool steel number 19 573.3 according to drawing documentation. Lower functional parts of tool (blanking die, stamping die and bending tool) are made as divided.

In the work is concept manufacture sidewall car for Fiat Ducato Valnik. Compare different technologies of manufacture press breaking, welding and casting. For the choose technology contains selection material, calculation parameters for project machinery and tools including of techno economic valorization.
Manufacturing of the anchoring element of a solar collector

In this master's thesis the proposal of the production technology of component – solar collector anchor element from steel 1.0038 (11 375) quality, 5 mm thickness is solved. For the manufacturing of the assigned part the shearing and bending technology and a progressive forming tool including a suitable forming machine of 8,000 kN rated power is selected. The proposed method of production is laid down by a technical-economic evaluation with respect to the production series of 150,000 units per year. The solar collector anchor element serves to hold the frame for the solar vacuum tube collector. In the scope of this master's thesis, an assessment of the current production method, including the selection of a suitable semi-finished product for production, was also carried out and their optimization was proposed.
Pulley cheek manufacturing

This bachelor thesis focuses on the technology of follow cutting. The purpose is to project a progressive press tool for the given component of a pulley cheek made of a stainless steel sheet with the thickness of 1 mm. The optimal variety of component production was set on the basis of the theoretical study in the first part of the project. The progressive press tool uses standardized components and it is realized by using the usual post which is fixed to the compressing machine LEN 63 C (producer TOMA Industries Ltd.). At the end of the thesis, there is an economic assessment of production of the annual batch of 200 000 pcs.
Production and cutting tubes

The submitted project created in the bachelor studies of B-STI Machinery engineering is focused on problematics of production and cutting tubes by forming. Based on the research of literature mentioned problematics and own knowledge the bachelor thesis describes several technologies of production and cutting tubes and the tools and machinery related with the described methods.
The Manufacturing of Brake Disk cover by the Compound Tool

This project is conceived within the master's degree in engineering technology and industry management (M2I-K Engineering) technology by design of the brake disc cover in compound tool, with year production 500 000 pcs. The material is deep-drawn sheet metal 11 305.21, 1 mm thickness. It is based on the literature studies about forming and calculation was suggested several variants of the present components. The proposed tool is clamped in the crank press LDC 400 firm Šmeral with a nominal force of 4000 kN. The functional parts are made from steel 19 573. The proposed technology of the deep drawing was verified by using simulation program AutoForm.
