Modeling of production order

This bachelor's thesis deals with the modeling of the order process by the company, which defines the origin of production orders and their subsequent capacity balancing in the production company TOS ZNOJMO, akciová společnost, using the software Enterprise architect. The thesis consist of the history and organizational structure of the company and process modeling. Subsequently, the analysis of the process is performed and in the end the evaluation of the suitability of the process with the proposal of possible changes for its improvement.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the recruitment process with a focus on human resource management in the production company EXCALIBUR AMRY spol. a.s., improving the recruitment process with a new way of working with students and improving the occupancy of unpopular positions in the company. The whole work consists of three main parts, the first part contains the theoretical background needed to write the work, in the second part we can meet the analysis of the environment and specific problems and in the third phase we can find a proposal to improve the bottleneck to streamline society.

Production processes in the electroplating plant

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on reducing scrap and at the same time on reducing the avarage time of processes in a selected company that operates in the field of industrial chemistry and surface treatment. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical background, which is related to the practical part of the work. The practical part then describes the current state of the company and its analysis, which reveals weaknesses (shortcomings). Measures are then proposed for weaknesses, which should reduce the shortcomings. The last part describes the benefits of these measures.

Contains a theoretical knowledge description of the actual situation of the business in the company, analysis of supplier-customer chains concerning inventory, the conclusion, suggestions for improvement and possible recommendations for implementation.

Comparison of Project Management Tools

Thesis deals with evaluation of possibilities and conditions for application of key project management methods. Particular parts involve description and delimitation of chosen project management. Traditional methods that are represented by CPM and PERT methods. Furthermore, the thesis is enriched on the basis facts of the Theory of Constraints, which led to the creation of a separate project management system based on the Critical Chain method. This part is followed by an analysis and comparison of these methods in the phase of planning, managing and controlling from a perspective of single project case. Thesis is followed by the using of selected method in real environment conditions, its implementation and evaluation of risks and economic differences.

This masters thesis solves the problem of project management in pre-project phase with emphasis on Feasibility study for developement of RTLS platform in a chosen company. First part of this thesis consists of theoretical informations used for the proposing part. Second part consists of pre-project analysies, on which the project approach strategy is chosen. Third part is dedicated to the Feasibility study itself. It is done with the help of chosen international project management standards.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the description and analysis of the logistics flow in a manufacturing company PP Tuning Racing Parts s.r.o. At first it explains the general concepts of this issue. In the next part it analyzes the actual situation in the company. In conclusion it summarizes all the data and suggests measures that could improve the situation of logistics in the company.
