Productivity Analysis of Králík's Bakery Using Time Series

The purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to come up with an in-depth efficiency analysis of Kralik's bakery by means of using time series. The intput data set is entirely based on references which were obtained directly from the bakery. Main intention is therefore concentrated on drawing up an analysis that will be used for prediction of production factors in a future. This will consequently lead to better optimization of production plans.

Flue gas cleaning in units for thermal processing of biomass

The master’s thesis deals with thermal treatment of biomass and with reduction of emission, which originate during this process. First part speaks commonly about biomass incineration and about technologies for emission reduction, especially cyclones. Practical part of this paper involves description of multicyclone evaluation by different authors and the comparison on of the evaluation on a case study of concrete multicyclone.

Evaluation of the alternatives of PCDD/F removing in the incineration plants

The thesis is focused on analyzing the current status of the technology used for cleaning flue gas from persistent organic pollutants, especially PCDD/F. For the three most commonly used methods of solution operational and energy efficiency comparison was made, where achievable energy export and the impact of the change in working conditions on the efficiency indicators of energy production and use of the energy was evaluated. In conditions we considered an alternative machine-technological solutions used for the final disposal of persistent organic pollutants resulting from the waste combustion in terms of additional operating costs and energy efficiency.

In the thesis we deal with a summary of all available methods of disposal of environmentally friendly vehicles that are currently available. Addressing this problem is to find appropriate procedure, thereby simplifying and reducing the cost of processing vehicles. We also deal with this issue in terms of legislative, therefore a summary of the law on dealing with waste vehicles. The aim of this work is to introduce the methods of processing whole vehicles as well as various parts of cars and find the most appropriate methods of disposal

Technical and economic analysis of operational data from up-to-date MSW incinerator

The goal of this work is compilation of computational model of thermal stage and heat recovery block of modern unit for thermal processing of municipal solid waste. The model is based on mass and enthalpy balances and it makes possible to estimate the value of energy transferred to water in secondary combustion chamber, outside the heat recovery blok. The model is verified by implementation of real operational data of an up-to-date unit with annual capacity of 100 kt for thermal processing of municipal solid waste and then it is used for analysis of changing input parameters, i. e. change in lower heating value of incinerated waste.
